Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott South Hill

The kindness of the staff, their attention to small details, and the overall cleanliness of the property made this a wonderful place to stay, and contributed to our feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to continue our journey. The location is nice, as there are stores nearby for any forgotten travel needs. This hotel makes for a truly nice 'way station' stay.

The room was wonderfully comfortable. The only miss we noticed was the lack of any kind of hand soap in the bathroom sink. We had to use body wash from the shower. Minor thing.

Check in was fast. Room was clean. Bed a little soft. Overall its great for one night!

One feature I especially appreciated was that the window could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air into the room. It made the room feel much more comfortable and refreshing than many hotels with sealed windows. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The friendly service and comfortable environment made this a place I would happily choose again.

This is a very clean and updated property. The room was very nice and quiet. Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Not many amenities in the room.

Repeat stay, Fairfield Inn South Hill is a great hotel. Christina is a great host, makes me feel welcome. The construction looks good. Nelson and his staff tirelessly work to make the hotel clean. Pool-area looks good. I'll be back soon enough. A+.

Came for a family wedding - this hotel was everything that I love about a Fairfield. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I'm sorry I don't get the name of the small framed woman who served the breakfast. She give excellent service. Was so kind, and accommodating. We had a very good and restful time. The pool has closed, which was one of the things we wanted to do with our all-ones.

Always a great time here so welcoming and clean . They really should update the prices on here because the new upgrades are gorgeous. I need the info of them green chairs in the lobby obsessed 😍. Only thing the breakfast is not that great sausage was nasty & eggs was cold . If they fix that they would be the best in the area for sure

Second stay here and it’s a very nice and clean property. The staff are all nice and courteous. What made the stay exceptional was the greeting from an employee named Nelson. He was working hard and you could see the pride he had for the Inn. In addition he gave an amazing welcome to me and to other guests making us feel good.
