Good strong coffee Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable

Microtel is a very good Hotel, My only problem was the bedding. I was in room 507 during the night while I was sleeping the mattress had sunken in the middle like I sleeping in a hole. My husband and woke up with our back hurting .It was very uncomfortable to sleep.

Hotel was really clean but as others have said the room does have a strong cleaner smell. The noise from traffic was awful and that is the only big reason I would hesitate to stay here again. Also, just random but I have never has such a bright light on a smoke alarm. Every time it blinked it lit the room like a camera flash. The front desk staff was the nicest we've ever had though and the cheesecake brownies at check in were amazing after a long day.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property is clean. The downfall is that clean came at an expense- the cleaning agents left a very strong and overwhelming smell. The windows don’t open so I felt trapped in a toxic environment.
