We stopped here on a road trip to Washington DC I’m literally the hottest day of the year so we were sure to bring a cooler with drinks in it that is very heavy. We ask the clerk of the desk where are the luggage cars and he was absolutely no help at all stating that there were only two and they’re probably in a room.

We had an enjoyable stay as usual at Hampton Inn South Hill, Virginia. We started staying there when taking trips to the south back in 2011. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and efficient. We’ve been to bad hotels, and we can tell the difference.

Nothing was wrong with this place. I just wasn't blown away. Good location, decent breakfast. Toilet rim was not spotless which is what I expect in a Hilton.

Great place to stay. The best since I have been visiting the region in the past 20 years. Easy access to Walmart and Applebees and they have a pool.

Location was great & value was good The room was not cleaned after the 1st night. Garbage was not emptied and used towels were not replaced.

Clean and the staff were very friendly!! The candy bars at the front being $4.00…

The only issue I have is that the tv volumes don’t go lower than 11. So no matter what you’re watching, it’s always too loud! And it’s every room as we’ve stayed here a few times.
