Staff were friendly and helpful especially when we arrived at midnite due to vehicle issues.

Air condition was really loud couldn’t sleep and at check-in time they require a cash deposit $100

Location relative to everything Rented a room with a jacuzzi and it did t work. No mention of a $100 cash deposit at check in upon reservation. Very dated property. Would not return or recommend.

Rooms need updates, along with the microwaves, and mini fries. Staff was friendly didn't have any issues with them. Environment wasn't the best not because of the place but the people. Though I a bit concerned about the doors they didn't seem to secure and locks seemed loose.

Manager was rude and unreasonable

The overall atmosphere was cozy, and the receptionist, Emilio, was especially welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Nothing really stood out in a negative way; everything met or exceeded expectations.

Very dirty. From stairs , pool, room. Beds. Outdated AC is horrible and loud

Hotel was comfortable and there was a pier to fish off of. Only thing that was a bit inconvenient was that upon checking in they required $100 cash for incidentals. They don’t take card for the incidentals anymore so we had to go get cash out before we received our room key. Other than that it was a good stay

The view the rooms so clean just live this place the workers are nice not snotty I did my reservations with booking.com and it said pool view and garden view yet I got street view plan to rent 3 more rooms would love them together and pool view ground floor really appreciate it

$100 REFUNDABLE fee is required at check in as well with the $7 resort fee. Other than that you get a place to sleep and shower. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is your spot. Nothing fancy. It’s just Affordable.

Not what I expected. Toilet had water leak and floor was all wet. Notified and they acknowledged but did not do anything about it. Swimming pool area was dirty and alot of cockroaches at night.

This hotel was extremely disappointing , the room was a suite We had to leave a $100.00 deposit at the desk plus pay resort fees Did I get what I paid for? NO The hotel needs maintenance, lots of it The room curtains had moth holes as the chair itself did too . the restroom had small roaches when lights went out. The entrance dead bolt did not work, the balcony door latch did not work, the closet hanging rod was missing, the restroom door had parts of wood missing at the bottom ( need an entire door) The nightstand lamp did not work, Bed cover was torn and had a hole Ceiling fan in room did not work Seriously, this is only one room, i can only imagine what issues the others might have The only thing I enjoyed was the pool However, I will never recommend or visit this hotel again

Noisy location due to main drag at night cars racing and play loud music. We had no rod in closet to hang clothes. Only 1 peg to hang wet clothes and beach towel.

The bed felt like springs and a hard board, the room smelled like someone emptied an entire bottle of horrible perfume. We paid more for the hot tub in room but did not use it as it was beyond disgusting. You could see to the outside from both doors in the room, which made our room extremely humid. The shower was disgusting. No water pressure at all. The hotel was fully booked so we could not ask for a different room. They have a no refund policy so we got screwed. Even the check in process was ridiculous. Instead of helping us check in the 3 employees working argued over missing money from the day before. The guy who did check us in was nice and the back deck by the bay was enjoyable. The property is run down and in need of repairs.

There is a $100 cash only deposit that wasn’t communicated on the reservation, so be sure to bring that- we did receive our full deposit back. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and excellent communicators; however, their job is very difficult with the condition of the property. I would not stay here again due to the condition of the hotel (dirty, towels that were hanging up in our bathroom were dirty, mold smell, air conditioner leaks, rust everywhere), but it is an affordable option close to the beach if cleanliness is not a priority to you.
