WindWater Hotel and Marina

I booked a suite and was able to see the marina which was cool. That part was well kept. However, inside of the rooms. Horrible holes in the wall. Phones didn't work. TV was static so I guess I paid for the marina view LOL. No water pressure when taking a shower. Definitely bring your own bedding like pillows and towels. Our check-in was at 3:00 p.m. but rooms weren't available till 4. Poor customer service. They didn't care that the rooms weren't ready. I give it a one star out of five. Only reason why I'm giving it a one is because of the Marina view! My husband caught a few catfishes and released them back. Also, they left a dirty rag in the restroom on the shower. Oh and bring your own toilet paper and Lysol.

Staff at check-in was awful, rude and unapologetic young lady. Room was not as pictured in ad. Pool was green and the door had a huge gap at the bottom for pests to crawl in. The parking lot is tight and not well lit at night. Will not stay here ever.

Decent cold a/c complimentary ice clean room

For the price I expected a lot more. To start, the parking was awful, then , at first glance, the room looked clean but by the second night there were dead roaches everywhere. The fire alarm was hanging off the wall and there was trash left in the room behind the bathroom door. Finally, I’m not sure if there were fleas or bedbugs in the room but I would wake up and have itchy bug bites on me. The ac was really cold tho.

Simply a place to sleep and the AC was great!

We had an excellent time in SPI but the hotel didnt have enough towels, so a we only got clean towel every other day. Also we had to have our key cards reset almost daily.

the location was great but staff and living area were horrible with no water pressure nor hot water

Worst mistake had to stay out of the hotel the whole time

Our tv didn’t work and lock didn’t lock but otherwise good

Great views, fishing access, nice cold air conditioning.

I like the new addition to the bay side of the hotel; 2 small decks for fishing. The hotel isn't visually pleasing; there's no landscaping whatsoever - not a single plant. Outside floors need a good cleaning. The pool area needs a full makeover, there is no shade, the chairs are really old & there's only 1 table. The front desk staff is extremely rude 100% of the time. When I asked for clean towels and TP for my 3 day stay it was ignored. I never got the towel or toilet paper.

Nothing IT WAS BAD I did not like it at all i didnt even last close to 20 minutes due to the room being dirty, top it off it had small cockroaches i do not recommend it to ANYONE they dont give you youre refund back had to call the police

First of all all the staff were ride as hell! Treating coustmer as they like! I was trying to check in but everything toke about 45 min. And when we went to our room the lock never worked. This place is worsed then motel. Not recommend at all

The room was clean, but parking is difficult

The location was great Being a hotel I was expecting light clean up to be done.. sweeping the floors and having towels replaced. Was not done. And to top it off. Staff was rude as well.
