Bar Louie’s was great! Food was good and drinks were great. We had issues with elevators being out of service during our stay. Loading and unloading zones were a pain. Delivery trucks made loading and unloading horrible. Overall it was a good place to stay with easy access to the beach

Most of the elevators were broken causing long waits at the working ones.

Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Property was in good condition room service was good and reasonably priced. Parking is probably the worst experience and having to pay for it is mind boggling. Hotel TV's in common areas are set to Telemundo and should me set to programming that all visitors can enjoy.

When we got there the room was clean but the beds were awful, made but all the sheets wrinkled and unkept. They had a humid smell to them and I thought at first it was just me but no, throughout the spreads there was a strong humid smell including the pillows. This early morning I woke up with my face on the pillow and all I could smell was humidity. We usually stay at this hotel but seems as if housekeeping is not doing a good job. Very unhappy this time around :(

I have always loved this hotel that's why we have stayed here multiple times but this time I was really annoyed with our bed. It was so hard my body was aching all day. The cleaning crew also never filled the body wash an wouldn't leave towels. We had to request them. Breakfast was super good. Loved pool its temperature an size is the best! Food an drinks from the Mariluna was also great and the atmosphere by beach is so fun! Just please fix the beds especially in room 426.

Only thing that I didn’t like was not enough parking. I had to cross the street walking to park and get my vehicle. That street is not the safest to cross. It’s very dark at night. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.
