We got there at 315 and were rudely treated...we have been there about 8 times and this is the first worse experience ever.

The property is very well maintained. The entire staff is super friendly and attentive and welcoming! The cleaning crew does an amazing job on the rooms!! The food at Barry’s was phenomenal and the staff was so friendly and gave the best service! I highly recommend this hotel! Can’t wait to go back ☺️

The TV was not working when we checked in. The maintenence man got it to work but said we had to keep it on. The stopper in the shower was not attached. The toilet sometimes would spurt out water/urine.

Checked in late due to flight delays, and all dining options closed early, except for their take out pizza (thankfully - they were very nice and accommodating!). The air conditioning, refrigerator and one of the TVs in our room did not work. We notified staff via the hotel app about the problems with our air conditioning, as well as talking to the front desk about all of the issues and no one showed up to fix anything prior to check-out. The front desk was supposed to have the manager call us and we never heard from them.

Wonderful stay! Room was extremely spacious with a private balcony which was a plus. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy the all inclusive for one night; overall a great value. There were a few repairs going on while we were there but we couldn’t have been more pleased with our overall experience. We would definitely stay again.

This past stay was our family’s best. We have all of our in elementary & middle school, so enjoying the beach along with pool created lasting memories.

Everything was great expect the A/C…. We had to change rooms 3 times. Just make sure the A/C in your room is good and the stay will be great!

This hotel has a great view of the beach, we really enjoyed walking into our room and the first thing you see it’s the beach, loved the balcony, it has private entrance to the beach, clean and large room, overall a great stay.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. The pool area was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the beach access and hunting for crabs! We definitely will be Back!
