Property was extremely clean. Staff was not super friendly. Property was expensive for how old it is, but maybe that's just how it goes in SPI. The bath tub with jets did work perfectly fine in our room which is the main reason we booked that room. AC worked pretty well. Beds weren't comfy and they can use an upgrade on the pillows. I would stay here again if it was half the price

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel charges for parking and also requires a $100 damage deposit, but neither fee was clearly disclosed when I booked the room. That was an unpleasant surprise at check-in. The room itself was not in the condition I expected. There were stains on the beds, curtains, and towels, and some of the towels even had holes in them. It’s frustrating to be asked to leave a damage deposit when the room already had visible wear and damage before I arrived. I hope the hotel is more transparent about its fees and does a better job maintaining its rooms. I will not be staying there nor do recommend anyone staying there.

I loved this hotel! It was originally the price that pulled me in truthfully, but my boyfriend and I were most impressed by the helpful staff. We were unaware that every morning the staff will come into your room and will make your bed, take out the trash, and provide fresh towels for you. It was so nice! The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The property was nice. It was quiet during sleep hours! The only (small) downside is the paid parking in the lots, but you can park on the side of the building or road for free. Sadly I forgot the name of the lady at the front desk that checked me in, but she was very nice and helpful and explained the in’s and out’s of the property. I enjoyed may stay, and I would stay here again!

We didn't realize you had to pay $10 per day for parking, so that was an unexpected fee. Otherwise, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool in the middle was great but packed with people every night. The walls were super thin so being downstairs, we heard EVERYTHING! We were grateful for the location being right on the island (2-5 min from beach) and so close to everything was very ideal.
