Clean room.

It was very close to SFO, so that was very convenient for our early morning flight. The staff were not friendly and not helpful. There were people in the parking lot smoking marijuana and made us feel unsafe. The room was filthy. The lights have not been dusted in a very long time, the refrigerator was not cold and the TV was snowy on every channel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Flights from nearby SFO airport weren’t too loud. Beds were comfy. We had king size beds. Plenty of pillows. Mini fridge & microwave in room. Front desk people were friendly. I didn’t wake up early enough for the continental breakfast. But my partner did and she enjoyed the food. Overall good experience.

the room was big, the only wrong thing was , the door on the bath room didn't close good was damage, and I toll to the front desk about it, I thing they need to replace the maintenance man, for one with more experience, doing repair, and painting door for example. breakfast was very good.

The breakfast could be more Asian options and blankets should be newer.

Overall environment to be continuously upgraded.

Breakfast was ok; the usual fare. The beds were comfortable. No pool. Parking may be lacking, like if the hotel was full, it may be hard to find parking then. Staff was great. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Not a sound proof room

Evening staff was extremely rude! Bathroom tub had multiple hairs in it. Super loud, stomping from upper two floors. Not enough parking and they charge! Won't stay here again!

Disappointing

Nothing at all. Its outdated. Toilet seats were even yellowing. Where the sink and tile meet had like mold or just wasn’t cleaned. The room smell old. If I had traveled with my kids I would not have stayed here at all. Only good thing is location and the breakfast The room smell Furniture Dusty AC vents The carpets Bathroom vent is dirty Bathroom is outdate If you have little kids don’t stay at this place

Deposit is not favorable to me

Shuttle and breakfast made this worth it

Next to a train track. The usb port fell out of the wall. The TV only received 4-5 stations. Most were frozen. No guide in the room for what channels might be available.

Clean room and breakfast

The property appeared to be well used and in need of a refresh. The room appeared to be clean but there was hair in the tub/shower. There was a LOT of noise from the train, planes and traffic. I would not recommend the hotel for a restful vacation however it was suitable for an overnight stay.
