It is really old and curtains were dirty. Air conditioner buttons don't work at all, really old building. Breakfast was also bad

Lights and electrical outlets did not work at the bedside.

There was no service with a smile throughout the stay. The room was fairly clean. A small ant problem that got taken care of right away.

Sadly, the second room wasn’t much better. It still had the same damp, mouldy smell, just not quite as strong. After speaking to a few other guests, they said their rooms smelled the same and seemed to shrug it off because it was a “cheap hotel.” That simply isn’t an acceptable excuse. We still paid good money for our stay and expected a clean, well-maintained room. The condition of the room reflected the damp issues. The bathroom door frames were rotting, and the paint and plaster beneath the sink were peeling and falling away because of the moisture. It was clear this wasn’t a one-off issue. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The selection was extremely poor, and there were far too few tables for the number of guests. Every morning there was nowhere to sit, so we didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel at all despite it being included. Overall, this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and inadequate breakfast facilities made for a very awful stay. Hotels.com haven’t been great at helping me get a refund for this and can only offer me 20% refund for the inconvenience.

We had ants in the room, the microwave did not function properly and had issues with the toilet flushing. However, we received a credit for the issue with the toilet. Parking was adequate and breakfast was okay.

Even though Expedia said parking was included the hotel did not honor it and charged for parking

I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast alone makes it worth it but the amenities and staff were awful.

Staff wasn’t aware of “No Ice” and stated Yes there is Woke up to ants all over the table

The staff need to work on their service skills they were a bit rude and difficult to approach.
