Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stay here every time we go to a Giants game… It's very convenient for the south San Francisco Caltrain station… About a 10 minute walk. It does cost $20 to park which is probably the only down side to the Hotel.. both elevators are working now so that helps too. And they have a pretty good breakfast that is free for everybody.

I always love a good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. Even though it’s close to the airport if wasn’t bothersome, I enjoy the white noise. Honestly, definitely would book here for my next stay in San Francisco.

The hotel staff was so friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was easily accessible. Everything was great.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hearty with many hot and cold choices. Parking is extra and there is no airport shuttle. Maintenance came quickly when our TV didn't work.

Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was nice, my husband that has celiac disease could enjoy a really nice and filling breakfast. We have a 6 month old and the crib that the hotel provided was very helpful. We couldn’t hear the other guests which is always a great thing.

Best part about our stay in Seattle. Went during July 4th and we had the perfect access to view fireworks! Accommodating staff and great breakfast!
