Potatoes and fruit looked old and not edible. We didn't even touch it. Coffee and orange juice tasted cheap.

I Liked the location since my nursing conference was 5 minutes away. I hated the fact that the facility charges a parking fee. After all where else would you park! I feel like you are nickel and diming guests since they are a captive audience.

Staff were helpful, polite and made sure my stay was comfortable.

Great atmosphere

There was no food or dinner

No complaints. It was close to the airport. The hotel and room were clean. The staff members were nice and welcoming. It was in walking distance of restaurants, bars, liquor stores and shops. The only disappointment was the grill located in the hotel. If time had permitted, we would have walked to the restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We’d stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean but there was no complimentary breakfast. Their breakfast was expensive.

The only issue we had was with the carpet in our room. At first, we thought it had recently been cleaned and just hadn’t fully dried yet. However, as our stay went on, the carpet became more and more soaked, and we realized there was actually a leak. There was also a brown stain in the area where the carpet was wet, which was concerning. We did report it to the front desk, but we remained in the same room despite the leak, so it was definitely an inconvenience during our stay. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially appreciated the warm welcome when we arrived. We were there celebrating my birthday, and having the hotel acknowledge it made me feel extra special. The location was also convenient for our San Francisco weekend getaway.
