They charged a deposit, but didn’t tell me how much until after I gave them my card and then asked what it was for. Just sad that so many businesses don’t value customer service.

Whoever cleaned my room, should have seen I was a coffee drinker. I used the 1 Kerig pod they had for coffee in the room. They did not give me ANY new Kerig coffee pods. I also was not told that I would have to pay for parking until I was checking out. That was a complete surprise to me. Lastly, one of the elevators was not working. This caused a huge waiting issue to return to my room. There was a line to take the elevator.

Mattress was a little soft for me so I ended up having back pain. But otherwise it was an amazing stay.

It is quiet, clean and very close to the airport. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Stay was fine. Staff was friendly. I wish hotels in the San Fran area would not charge for parking if you already spend money to stay at their hotel. It's not that there is a lack of parking space in the lot.

Staff was very pleasant and room was clean but everything was a little worn. Hotel needs a refresh but was good for the night.
