The hotel manager that helped in the restaurant area was so kind and helpful and we did follow some of his tips on our trip

Parking was convenient and safe. Staff was very helpful.

The main area that needs improvement is the carpet in the room. It looked quite old and dirty, which affected the overall appearance and cleanliness of the room. Replacing or thoroughly updating the carpet would make a significant difference and bring the room up to the standard we would expect from a Hilton property. Other than that, we appreciated the friendly service and enjoyed the breakfast. With some updates to the rooms, especially the carpeting, the overall experience could be much better.

Very close to airport, no airport shuttle. No free breakfast, 25$ for parking on property. Staff was helpful. Safe.

Great location! 15 min walk to the train station.

Nice staff, there is a laundry on site. Within 5 miles of SFO airport.

A little old feeling

Super nice and helpful staff...convenient location for airport.

This hotel is starting to age and to need some care. The main problem however is with the staff, particularly in the breakfast area. Breakfast is not free, it is a la cart, but the attendant is very rude, the place is a mess, and run like a mom and pop restaurant, forgetting that it is in a Hilton hotel lobby. Terrible experience! Avoid if you can

Plenty of parking, complimentary bottles of water. Dated decor and furnishings. Considerable distance from the city centre. We stayed on the 3rd floor and ice machine was broken.

Did not have breakfast. Can not say. Did not order breakfast there. Enjoyed the coffee.

Cleaning staff is great. I submitted a request for cancellation before checking in which they didn’t respond to. When I called the next day they said it was too late because it was after check in and they would’ve charged the full amount even if I canceled (even though originally the cancellation was the cost of the first night only). They charged me for parking without telling me upfront it had a cost. They also charged for internet (not free like they advertised) and even charged for the “complimentary” bottle of water in my room. They didn’t even refill the coffee pods. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all for a side sleeper. I woke up with back pain almost every day of my stay.

Room stunk carpet was ripped checked in and right back out found another hotel.

I would not want to stay there again.
