Check-in was simple and quick. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast is always fresh and convenient. We had a great experience.

Honestly everything was great just would have wished parking wasn’t that expensive.

Loved the staff. Everyone was lovely. Rooms were spacious and well stocked.

One of the highlights of our stay was our room. We got a queen suite & it was huge! There was plenty of room for the kids to spread out while I rested in the bedroom with my own tv. The view was beautiful & I loved the floor to ceiling windows. Overall the place was great! Keep in mind that nightly parking fees are normal anywhere in SF. I heard some other visitors complain about it.

Room was still dirty when we got there at 9 pm, breakfast had long lines, could barely see out the windows they were so dirty, asked for a blanket and towels and they never came. Parking is $50 a night. Parking lot is full and small parking spaces. Broken elevator

Great stay, the pool was a bit rowdy, but overall it was a fun time. They have new hours for the kids: they can swim until 9 PM, and from 9 to 11, it's adult swim only, so that was nice.

It’s our 2nd time to stay here… we really love the amazing breakfast every morning! Lots of options to choose from.

Rooms were noisy. You could hear the center atrium noise pretty late at night. On the other side, the curtains let in a lot of sunlight.

Everything was pretty good, but I would expect a little bit more variety for breakfast. Hot custom omlet is great though.

Traveling with family from El Paso, Texas that never been to San Francisco before as a tour guide and this Embassy Hotel was by far the best place to stay during our trip. It was clean, pleasant scent as you enter through the front doors. Great amenities, breakfast, a welcome drink for adults and a very inviting courtyard. Everyone loved it! Thank you for making my family feel special while visiting the bay area. Keep up the great work.
