Great place to stay when visiting SF. Only negative is the ridiculously small parking spaces that run $45 a night. Consider parking at a nearby hotel that only charges $20 a night and allows non guest parking.

Maeko at front desk was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and he greeted us with a warm smile. He was extremely helpful in answering all our questions. My second fave is Hannah at the reception desk - very approachable and cheerful.

Amazing hotel. If you need a stay around SFO this is the first choice by far. I have stayed at many hotels in this area and this is the best one. They still provide free real breakfast. The place is very clean and very well maintained.

The walls are thin; noise carries from around your room. Noisy into the late night so it is difficult or impossible to sleep. Thumping, talking, kids playing, loud urination from all from above our room. Many good things about this hotel, but they couldn't provide the most basic; a quiet night of sleep.
