Justin the manager is amazing

They rent pool to a swimming class so guests only get to use half the pool 3 times a week. I had asked the hotel before I made a reservation if they rented the pool out for a company who teaches swimming and hotel gold Mr mo that they don’t rent it out but to my surprise when we got to the pull they had classes going so I complained to the front desk why I was given wrong information and they said they did not know who told me that. I was disappointed that we had to share pool because teaching staff kept looking at us funny cause my kids were splashing water. I wish that the pool was only for guests.

The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and quick. They had a lot of stuff to eat and drink. However, the room, the carpet had very strange red stains on it, the sink on the small kitchenette smelled like someone had thrown up in it and it smell made the whole room smell weird. We followed the instructions to turn the heater on because it was cold at night and it never worked so we had to ask for space heaters. In the morning our lights went out and one of my kids had to take a shower on the dark because they were in there already until they fixed it, it didn’t take long but it was uncomfortable for like 5 minutes.

I loved that they had an indoor pool since it was a bit chilly outside. The breakfast food was delicious.

They charged me for parking and they didn’t tell me, went I left, they said that parking was not included. They charged me 60 dollars a night for the parking

Convenient to airport. Get to breakfast early as they lock it up at 930. Be aware they charge for parking $45 per day.

Everything was perfect plus a wonderful breakfast was included.

Everything was great from check in to check out! Hotel was nice and clean from lobby to our room. The host at the counter was extremely friendly and the breakfast was nice! 10/10 will be coming back to clap wife’s cheeks.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was full of good choices. The room was big and I felt we all had room. I'd stay here again when I come to San Francisco.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I will say there are not many afternoon/evening dining options available so make sure you bring food or eat before you settle down for the evening. Otherwise this is a very nice, clean, quiet and super easy to the airport hotel.

I hated that I couldnt grab a bite to eat after 9pm from their vendor. Considering there aren't many food options nearby and they close by 8-9 too.
