La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Francisco Airport N

The front desk staff, kitchen and housekeeping staff were all very friendly, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable!

Right when I enter the room notice how dirty it was with hair balls on the carpet. The walls in the room dirty. The bathroom was just as bad... the bathtub was yellow and mold. The paint on the side of the tub was chipped. The door to enter the room is old and let's the light from every angle. The ac/heater is loud. Parking is $21 a day and paying for over $225 for a filthy room. Never again, I learn my lesson 💯

The staff were very kind and helpful but the rooms and rest of the property were pretty dirty. The pool needed to be cleaned and the carpets in the hallways and rooms were so dirty. We booked two nights and were supposed to return on our return back home, but we cancelled and changed hotels because of how dirty this hotel was.

They need a golf cart to take patrons to the back building. We witnessed and elderly lady with a walker get stuck on the tracks. Also, the smell of weed was over powering. The toilet seats are too low and those sticky mats in the shower should be thrown away, that's a germ-haven. Front desk experience was top tier!!!!!!

Our room was clean but it appears updates may have been started then stopped. The shower handle was broken and it was tricky getting the hot water to turn on. Overall, not a bad stay.

The clerk was awesome. Very helpful and courteous. Clean place. Definitely will stay again

Calling to get towels or anything took calling over 4x each time. Took over 2 hours to receive anything you requested. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. People at front desk were rude besides 2 of the women.

Affordable place to stay super clean close to airport and 20 minutes drive to mayor attractions at San Francisco

This hotel is the best i have been to, really clean and a quiet place to sleep

Only thing is our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight and free shuttle stop running around 1210am and when I called hotel they were unable to accommodate us so we had to pay $40 for a Uber on a property that was only 7mins from rhe hotel

I traveled across 3 states with my kids to San Francisco and stayed at the La Quinta for 2 nights . We were in a separate building across the train tracks . We had to walk a ways to the outdoor pool and for breakfast . The pool had a shirt floating in it and a pile of old food that I scooped out myself . I asked for pool towels throughout the day and kept being told there weren’t any. I asked for a towel swap in my room of wet towels and they took my 4 towels and replaced for 3 then was told that’s all they had . I had to go back 3 times and then ask the lady who kept telling me there were none and that nobody had brought her any what I’m supposed to do with my 3 kids for the pool or showers with no towels when she finally called someone. I waited for about 20 min at the desk and finally got towels . The breakfast had a very small seating area with not enough seats for people there . Lastly there was a guy parked next to my car doing some type of drugs in his car as my kids and I went out there. Not a good experience e

Rooms were filthy. Dirty sheets, drug remnants on counter in room. Used sanitary napkins in trash like the room was not cleaned.

This hotel was close to San Francisco which I liked along with reasonable pricing in the Bay Area. Even though the hotel was located next to the airport, it was very quiet in the room. There is construction going on across the street and Denny is located in the same parking lot if you needed something to eat quickly. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast buffet. I wished they had some type of yogurt for the guests. It does get pretty busy for breakfast on the weekends. I was fortunate to snag a small table for myself since I went to breakfast fairly early. I did realize that there is not enough tables for the breakfast rush of guests arriving towards the latter hour of breakfast time. Guests were waiting around for other guests to leave so that they can grab the available table. I lended a family my table since I was by myself. The bathrooms also didn’t have complimentary body wash (they did have complimentary shampoo and conditioner). Fortunately I bought my own toiletries and had an extra travel size body wash. Overall, a nice stay.

I have photos of the carpet, all stained, smelled horrible and was comping apart everywhere. I would never stay there again. I had asthma issues both nights, the second night was worse because the air would not come on because the internet was down or not connecting properly, so it made the room musty and much more stinky. The bathroom was very smelly, like musty mold. It had no working fan, had to hold the door open with a gallon water jug to try and air it out. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I have always had decent luck at La Quinta, but this proves to me that I cannot assume again! I would never return to this hotel. Dirty and disgusting and had to use my inhaler all night to breathe! I was stuck because I did not have the funds to find another room at the last minute, nor were there much available. Breakfast was gross, so was the coffee! I threw it all away, other than the waffle, I guess you cannot screw that one up. The pool area did not lock, so anyone could come in. The pool area was kind of in disarray and was not welcoming at all. The water was ice cold. so my kids stayed in about 10 minutes and could not take it any longer, so the pool idea was also a flop! Parking was fine. did not have any issues there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, mainly if they have asthma. It was a horrible experience for me!

Not bed

I prefer to stay at the La Quinta, because the service, the staff, the rooms the, and dining staff always to my satisfaction, I feel comfortable in and out of my room. La Quinta is where I always prefer staying. The parking, the breakfast, the experience it's always so rewarding.

Everything was great. No noise, staff was really attentive. Clean
