The staff was very helpful.

The staff was kind and professional. Parking was easy. Air conditioning worked fine. Hotel lobby's bathroom was not pleasant, need renovation. Being a woman and alone, I didn't feel the place was safe n secured.

Free parking, room size was ok, but bed was uncomfortable. Place needs to be updated

This is an awful place. The pictures are false advertising. The room smelled bad. Light fixtures didn’t work. Floor was literally lifting. Asking for a deposit is crazy work. When I asked for a refund i was told I would get it back. They sent my deposit but tried keeping my original room rate. It was utterly disgusting. Bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap to wash your hands. I don’t even understand how they’re still in business

If all you care about is a bed to sleep on, shower, and brush your teeth, then this place is for you. The carpet was wrinkly and filthy. The location looks and feels abandoned. The faucets were just dangling, the tub faucet leaked all night. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs because you hear the freeway traffic and planes flying over all night. Best to spring $20 more a night for a hotel that has a more modern feel and sound proofing. This place is great for homeless people for sure.

Do yourself a favor and don't go to this messed up facility. PICTURES POSTED ON THE WEBSITE DOES NOT JUSTIFY ACTUAL FILTHY PLACE WHEN YOU SEE IT! The outside grounds are dirty and in need of repair, pool is full of dirt not water, stairs are cracked and vegetation is not maintained. I don't know why it's still being used by other unsuspecting travelers but unless you want to sleep in a dirty bedroom and shower in a dirty bathroom then go ahead and pay cheaply! Avoid the trouble and don't go here please!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

TERRIBLE it was so dirty there were stains on the headboards from who knows what .. carpet was so gross, there were dead bugs in the room. Blankets and sheets had a million holes in them presumably from bugs !! bathroom was disgusting, a hole in the ceiling, the door was falling apart, it was just all bad, it looked nothing like the pictures

Room was clean but facility is really old and out dated. Photos on the website probably were taken 10 years ago. Faucet head was broken. One broken stair to 2nd floor was blocked by a few pieces of wood.... the pool was coverred by got rain water and leaves all over...the scene was like a resident evil movie, the end of world. The staff looked like some hippy punk and he was generally ok and polite but disappeared when i checked out for early flight at 5am. My wife and children locked the door and dare not go out of the room right after we got in our room. This place was really close to the airport and there are plenty of nice hotel nearby. But honestly it should be renovated immediately, otherwise it should be closed. One note, the room was cleaned, sheet set, floor and sink were ok, just old and anscient....window glass exterior looks a bit scary as the area was not well lite... we checked in late night for an early flight, quite convenient and cheap price...just gloomy and very much resident evil scene...

The buffet was discusting. That the property has detioriated is an understatement.

In SFO areas, affordable hotel.

Great for short stays and overnights.
