Park Pointe Hotel

I had no lights, the staff was less than helpful. I had no hot water. I was told twice maintenance would come to fix and nothing. I was not a good experience at all.

The room was terrible NO HOT WATER ROOM WAS SMELL BAD NO ELEVATOR FOR THE SECOND FLOOR

There is no way for us pack and move in the midnight. So we have no choice but stay one night. And cancel next morning plan just for find another hotel. Btw we still haven’t get the refund next day yet.(not the Expedia fault. Because I chose to pay at the front desk. ) We trying to reach to the manager and see what is going on.

This is a definition of you pay what you get for.

Looks like an abandoned building. The only “renovated” “nice” part about it is the lobby. That’s it. We got there & there was a sign “no hot water” to which we got a refund & decided to stay somewhere else. But take it at face value you get what you pay for.

Run for your life. A complete scam. Deceitful that Expedia allows such a disgusting place to advertise.

The not-so-good: Outward appearance was run-down and dirty.Most of the stairwells were inaccessible. Rooms were tired, with stained carpets, chipped flooring, and the bathtub/shower had soap scum. No amenities. Called the front desk shortly after arrival x 2. No answer. No voicemail. No return call. Drop-off for key cards was available at the front desk as no staff was present. I would not stay there again and would not recommend.

The place was all right really the rooms were nice and uncomfortable, but there was no coffee. There was just nothing when it came to that kind of stuff.

We had no hot running water for TWO days. Hotel staff failed to contact me in advance to let me know. I basically arrived and was given this information. I couldn’t find another hotel last minute so I had to stay. It was a horrible experience.

My first impression was “omg is this an apocalypse?!!” The revolving door entrance was broken and boarded off. We drove on the side of the “motel” and there were alot of trash dumpsters and broken wood/pieces/building. The stairs were broken on one side, the other stairs side had trash and debris. It was not maintained. Scared to put my head on the pillow, covered it with my towel that I brought. The carpet was dirty, always wore my flip flops. Couldn’t find another hotel since we arrived at 2am. The front desk attendant seemed high and had a pitbull behind the counter.

If you can avoid this property at all costs, please do. The property is very old. It is not well-maintained. The rooms are very old as well. Bathrooms are very very dirty. And the staff was OK. We booked this hotel because there was nothing else and our flight go canceled, but if you can avoid this, please do. It’ us cheap but not worth it. It has been the worst experience we have had with a hotel.

Vending machines don't work, no refrigerator or microwave in room for price.

WiFi doesn’t work. YOU WILL NOT GET HOT WATER HERE 9/10 THEY DONT HAVE HOT WATER THEY HAVE A BED AND THATS IT ID U WANT A NICE HOT SHOWER GO TO TRAVEL LODGE CHEAPER AND 50x better

This hotel would be best for an overnight when you need to go to SFO the next morning as it is very close. You can hear the planes departing on regular intervals.
