Reception was so unprofessional and took forever to come out of the back just to come out sagging his pants and looking a mess. I didn’t even recognize if he was staff or not. The room smelled like someone didn’t through the garbage for weeks, stains on sheets and lamps.

terrible

Check in they take a $100 deposit. As my card is a UK international card this is going to take 5-7 working days to be released back to me which is far from ideal. The area is sketchy and full of unsavoury characters. The room was clean however took an age to find where it was even with the map they provide. There was no hot water for a shower and the WiFi didn’t reach or connect to the room. Free parking and the cheap price of the room are a couple of positives - sleep wasn’t too bad once planes stoped flying over regularly after midnight. I suppose the age old saying in life remains, you get what you pay for. Spend another 50 bucks and stay elsewhere if you can.

No hot water in the shower

While the rooms were clean, beds etc, this is a very old property and the exterior is very worn down or completely broken.

not what i expected or hoped for...will not return

It had a restaurant attached, buffet.

The water was cold, toilet stopped working, there was hair in the bed under the sheets! Dried up soda all over the wall. Never again do not go there

The room were dirty, falling apart and out dated. The Lobby was dark & run down. The facility hasn't been updated for years & looks run down. The outside area was very shady & looked unsafe for guest. I had to leave because I didn't feel Safe At All & I grew up in the Excelsior District & this hotel needs an Upgrade or Needs to be Closed!!!

My room never got cleaned whilst I was there. The toilet seat was cracked, there were stains on the walls....I could write a list. I'd be less bothered if I was staying for a quick 1 nighter before flying out of SFO. But I was staying here for days, visiting clients and needed somewhere with parking. But all in all, I wished I'd gone to one of the other equally as cheap hotels in the area. I was swayed by the pics on here...and definitely wish that I'd checked google street view first

Awful stay

Okay place for me had a great time exploring the area

While the property has potential, my recent stay was marred by significant operational and maintenance issues. Most notably, there was a complete lack of hot water during my visit. Compounding this, the front desk was consistently left unattended, making it impossible to report the issue or seek assistance. Additionally, the room itself is in desperate need of cosmetic and structural repairs. I hope management addresses these staffing and maintenance deficits promptly.

Cheap? You get what you paid for?

You definitely get what you pay for. Very run down property. No not water in the first room so I had to change. Tried 4 other rooms and had to settle for warm water cause they would not give refund. They have no amenities and it's a very sketchy area. 3 buildings in the back are abandoned but have hotel staff living in them. Really weird. Your room keys constantly need to be fixed at least once a day. There is no house keeping while you stay there. Only a few channels on the TV had sound. Only positive is the amount of restaurants and gas stations in walking distance

It was a very worn-down hotel in a sketchy area, do not recommend for anyone to stay here.
