Rooms are extremely noisily. All the sound from outside can be heard inside

The front desk help during the day was really helpful, cheerful, informative and very accommodating. Room #336

Nice room but the climate control was a joke. Stayed 2 nights, the first night the heating controls did not work, just blowing cold air, woke up at 6am and it was 64 degrees in the room, I called early the next morning and was told there maintenance staff did not work until 7am, I set an appointment for them to send someone up at 7:30am, but they never showed up, called front desk again, was told that they don't show up until 8am or after, the guy finally showed up at 8:20am, said the last person that stayed in the room must have screwed up the climate controls, he said it was fixed. After that it warmed up quickly, but then the AC stopped working and it went up to 77 degrees the 2nd night, and would not cool down, very unpleasant stay both nights. Restaurant food was ok at best, and way overpriced. Workers not very friendly. Parking was very limited, had to park on the other side of the complex due to no spots available. They also charge extra to park per night, and that was disappointing.

The room, staff, and amenities were excellent. There were issues with the TV, lack of parking, and trying to enter from the back and side entrances. Also, the room key cards constantly stopped working and had to be reset at the front desk.

Nice hotel for a quick weekend getaway!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, lovely shower. Location for the airport was pretty good, especially with the free shuttle Our check-in agent was not very friendly or helpful - made no mention of breakfast or the shuttle. There is water in the rooms but charged at $3 per 500ml bottle if you're not a Hilton silver member or above - daylight robbery in my opinion, especially as the hotel itself wasn't exactly cheap! The room also lacked any overhead lighting, which was a bit of a pain when it came to packing and repacking for our flight.

Great stay. Super clean and friendly stuff.

Only issue with my stay, was the room was 74 degrees and no matter what I did with thermostat, it would not get cooler in room. Could not sleep, was too hot.

Very clean well maintained

The room was spacious and clean, with no carpeting. It was a great value for the price of $157 per day, especially considering the location on the bay. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be staying there again! This hotel offered the best value for money when there is no conventions in San Francisco. Bar and restaurant was good.

Very convenient to airport.

The room was quite nice and very close to the airport. It was clean and the staff was fine. This is not a five star outstanding property, but it is certainly fine and adequate for a quick overnight. I didn't like the $75.00 deposit in case I abused the room. I hope I get it back as stated.

Our room was so nice and the bedding was wonderful!! The lobby was stunning. I think some complimentary coffee would have been nice though. I was disappointed when we arrived Saturday night when the staff wouldn’t accommodate the fact that I Do Not ride elevators. There should ALWAYS be options for stairs. This needs to be addressed. The price was very fair considering how convenient and close to the airport we were. I do wish the shuttle started earlier. First shuttle didn’t leave the hotel until after 5 and we had to be at the airport at 5 so we had to get an Uber. Otherwise great place to stay!
