Clean room, staff were nice and efficient.

No bell service, ac was leaking oil onto the room, sink was backed up, asked for towels and never arrived, front desk too conceited.

Good place to stay that’s right next to the convention center.

Please make sure with expedia and call Hotel and ask questions whats expedia saying is all hotel people giving you later on expedia and hotel staff blaming each other expedia is wrong we told them so many times but expedia don't remove this according to expedia Breakfast is covered but hotel people refuse to give breakfast service charged me $164 for breakfast so please call hotel and confirm don't believe expedia

Everything about the hotel was right

Nice spacious room, clean n comfortable.

Very nice and very very close to San Francisco airport. The restaurant had great food, which, I don’t normally visit. Their Thai wings were delicious.

Was charged for breakfast even though while booking thru Expedia made sure breakfast was included for all 3 days for both rooms for family of 5.

The air-conditioning did bring the temperature below 22 although outside is 18. Property manager is not responding.

Our trash was not emptied for 2 days and our coffe and cups were not replenished at all

Perfect location to the airport and freeway access. Clean and tidy rooms. Perfect for our family of four.

I got into a fender bender on my trip, they didn’t even question me needing to leave my car in the lot after I left, very thankful!

Nice stay. I would stay again for sure.

When checked in desk told me in far tower park in back use rear entrance but card would t let me in then they told me you to walk all the way around the building. Room very poorly lit. The toilet had been worked on and was sideways on the floor. Only one face rag. Option bottle was broken and didn’t work. Snacks to purchase - milk hot not even kept in fridge and soda was cool not cold cuz kept in an open cooler like vegetable dept at a grocery. Food terrible in hotel restaurant got bad diareaha. No complimentary breakfast. I’ll never stay at another Dbl Tree. Always 98% satisfied Holiday Inn Express. Much nicer well lit room, clean and pretty decent comp. breakfast

Absolutely beautiful hotel.

Hotel stay was great. The hotel looks great when you first walk in. Staff was very helpful and my room was very clean and nice. Great stay 10/10 and price was very affordable.

Comfortable room, updated decor, great amenities including a nice gym. Convenient to airport or short drive or train trip into the city.

Room service would be nice to have.
