Nothing Dirty, run down, looked like a crack house

Nothing Derelict. Screens torn, dirty. Felt sorry for workers. Trying to sweep and maintain a dump. Phone in room inoperable. Slept on top of bed with clothes on as sheet and mattress cover torn. Only one person at desk and no one answers phone from shuttle kiosk. Place should be condemned

Location Electric wall outlets non functioning. Poorly placed and inconvenient- none near bed.

The bed was big and comfortable. Location really good near the airport. Entire facility run down. Shower was old.

The bed was not comfortable with all the ac outlets only one had power I could go on and on other wise I would right a book anyway good luck travelers

Problems booking another hotel. Super long line. Guests complaining about there refunds. I was super nervous staying at that location. I called expedia explain what was happening. I was able to speak to supervisor. They spoke with rep at hotel. Then rep spoke with supervisor from Expedia. I was able to get refund. Difficulty finding another hotel made my trip stressful.

There was a lot of construction going on and the noise was too much.

Exceptional

Close to airport. Free shuttle. They would benefit hiring a second staff in the evening. Check in took a while (felt like 20-30 minutes) due to the long wait line. The only staff went as quickly as he could

Close to SFO Airport but they need better Customer Service. Unpleasant surprise

Leaving/Not being there The smell.

Affordable with on-time airport shuttle. Staff friendly and efficient. Visible wear and tear on the property, in a slightly sketchy neighborhood, but overall I slept well and the place was clean.
