The room was very dirty with broken furniture.

Had to ask many times for the maids to clean room and also I won'k 5am I ask for bed to made and clean room they did not to until yesterday then they try to clean when I have arrived from work

Terrible, muy sucio descuidado personas bagabundas caminando afuera y asta me tocaron la puerta la carpeta apestaba parecia con lodo.

Was a great deal for San Francisco

The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Firm mattress and finally pillows which were not puffy. A gas station with drinks and sandwiches nearby without crossing the busy streets. The shuttle to the airport was a plus.

Very bad staff response and maintenance

I rent the room for 10 days, and they never clean the room terrible service, and front desk charge 5 dollars by day for parking and I don’t get any receipt for that, I will never recommend this place

Malgré que nous devions payer un frais de stationnement, il était très difficile de trouver une place de stationnement. Il n’a pas de frigidaire ni de micro-ondes dans la chambre. Je pensais qu’il y avait cela dans toutes les chambres d’hôtels… Comme le prix était bas, c’était correct pour un séjour de deux jours.

Good price Basic all Old property and poor manteince

There were bugs in my room. I saw a cockroach and a few ants late at night as I was about to go to bed. It was small and I was sooo tired and it was nearly midnight so I just went to bed on the uncomfortable mattress (which they made with flat sheets tucked underneath instead of fitted). I rushed out the next day and had a very confusing checkout where I was not sure if I had to wait in line to check out to receive my deposit back or just give them my card. After waiting in line I was told that I could just leave my room key like I originally thought. My friend who stayed with me told me after checking out that she saw TWO MORE COCKROACHES in the morning Ugg yuck! In addition to that the hotel room was badly maintained (badly repainted, paint chipping off, scratches on the bathroom door from sliding in and out, a wall plug with a super broken cover). You can also hear each time an airplane takes off. The only upside was that check in at night was pretty easy and I could see the room numbers as I drove by them so finding my room was not difficult.

Rooms were clean, and they are upgrading the room, 500+ are fairly new,, 700+ are still kind of old

Parking spots were available both days, even though, the occupancy was high.

Nous avions une chambre avec un trou mal patché dans la porte de la salle de bain qui, par la même occasion, ne se fermait pas. Il y avait des travaux dans le complexe de chambres et je crois que nous sommes simplement mal tombés.

Staying at this motel was like stepping into a classic horror film. The minute I got to my room, I wanted to curl up into a ball. It was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was full of stains and was sticky. The fruniture and walls were scratched and chipped. Thankfully I only needed a place to sleep for 10 hours before my next flight. Unless you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to, dont stay here

IHOP next door was quite tasty.

All channels on the TV had snow, that is, poor quality picture. The swimming pool was out of commission. I had to put my door card (key) in three times each time I wanted to open the door.

The Hilton Computer system is down. No check in.

Only reason to choose this spot is because it's right next to the airport. Other than that stay away! VERY noisy with the airplanes constantly flying directly over the hotel. Our room had a slight whiff of cigarettes. Shower floor was very dirty. Overall not very well maintained hotel. Stay away if you don't have a flight.
