The room smelled bad, moldy. And I had already set up a payment plan on Expedia through Affirm but was still charged.

Stay away from this hotel as it is not safe.

Gracias a Gabriel por ayudandome con mi reservación del hotel. I extended my stay for a 3rd night and he explained to me that they will give me back my security deposit, which is $100, tomorrow when I check out.

Clean room. Access to 23-hour IHOP restaurant is convenient.

Awful. Dirty. Pool permanently closed. Waiting on a refund. Will never be back.

When walking into the room, the smell was off like someone’s been smoking and not clean, the bathroom shower did not have good water pressure. Also there was uneven patches and holes on the wall

Rooms were dingy, chipped paint on the walls, dirty curtains, loud outdated ac units. Broken faucets. Will never stay there again

location long term parking finish construction quickly put in another entrance/exit parking too tight. clean it up outside. needs paint badly

Stayed for 5 days and they never changed the towels or sheets. They said it would be changed every 3 days but they never did. The iron in the room needs changing. I poured water in it to iron a shirt, and all the water drained right back out on the shirt. Room needs a bit of upgrade, a closet and a chair perhaps. Lamps were outdated and appear to have shortages. A set of electrical outlets did not work. Stay here for overnight, but no more than that.

Staff were decent but be careful when checking out. I got in line to checkout and return my keys and the guys took my keys cards and threw it under a desk to basket and clearly did not look or ask for my room number. I asked if I get a receipt and he said it will be emailed and felt rushed to go away. The second I stepped out of the lobby. It didn’t sit well, so I went back in line and asked the gentleman to print me a receipt and he said he doesn’t remember my room number and I let him know that I just returned the keys and he started to apologize. I told him this is exactly why I turned back around because I’m checking out and you didn’t even bother to check me out in the system and told me I would be. Clearly did not process my check out. Also, rooms feel like they aren’t cleaned properly, you’ll find hair and they most likely do not replace sheets if they don’t look like they need to be. The actual latch and door lock fell off of the door when we left, so much for thinking your personal belongings are locked safely while you’re out. Parking pass is required and it gets filled up quickly, some people parked in red zone areas. I recommend staying if you’re looking for something affordable and very short term stay. It’s nothing new or modern.
