Holiday Inn Express San Francisco-Airport North by IHG

The hotel was pretty nice. Staff was rude. Breakfast was 2/5. The none stop sounds from the Goodwill warehouse immediately next door made this possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. I’ve stayed in the heart of S.F. where you hear car horns and alarms all night but that pales in comparison to how bad this was.

Very clean property and pleasant stay! Staff is very polite. We love the free breakfast in the morning that has several hot and cold items. It's only minutes away from the city and a short distance to the airport with shuttle service.

I had trouble opening the door to my room. I had to keep trying both keys over & over before the door opened. I had the keys reset twice. This did not help. When I came down to the exercise room my key would not work at all. The person behind the desk could not open it either. Also they charged me $27 for parking which was not mentioned when I made the reservation.

I didn't appreciate an extra charge for parking 25dlls a day. When I booked the hotel there was no mention of this. Breakfast was poor and only from 6 to 9 am. Who eats that early. There was no coffee or water during the day. If you want you can by a water bottle for 4 bucks! Definitely never stay there again.

Room was nice and clean

Close to the airport. The only issue I had was 2 weeks before my trip I was told a shuttle would pick us up from the airport but we were not told shuttle starts at 5pm. Breakfast was good. Easy access to public transportation next time we know.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We heard the planes flying overhead, so not the best sleep. And the shuttle was running late, so we waiting at the airport for a very long time.

I booked 5 rooms in my name and had to extend a couple of rooms but had problems with the hotel and the booking app getting it right.

I loved this stay, the staff where awesome but do bring a jacket the area gets pretty chilly but the property has heater and AC.

Close to airport Comfortable bed No facilities (poor gym, no bar). Wouldn’t add my stay to my IHG points. Still waiting for my invoice.

They were really nice, clean, and had an amazing breakfast spread. It was relaxing in the hot tub.

Room was a good size, beds were comfortable, everything worked, close to airport Free shuttle to and from airport are not available in the afternoon. This was not made clear. Since I arrived at 2 pm, I needed to take a Lyft to the hotel at significant expense. I felt their advertising a free shuttle was a bit deceptive. Breakfast was mediocre. Internet was slow and somewhat spotty. Not within walking distance to BART system. Few restaurants nearby.
