Holiday Inn Express San Francisco-Airport North by IHG

Exceptional

Clean room and comfortable bed. Conveniently close to SFO

But it’s clean, staff is friendly and it’s a good option for lodging near the airport.

Breakfast what can I say? It’s one of the best bottom wine.

Adequate. Needs updating a little. No USB charger which seems weird in a tech city. Strong smell of some kind of cleaner or perfume in lobby was unpleasant. Was fine for quick work spend the night.

The hotel room is very clean. A simple breakfast is included and more than meets our needs. The employees are always friendly and courteous, so we always enjoy our stay here.

Very comfortable room. Quite clean. Daily cleaning. Excellent breakfast buffet. $25 per day to park seems excessive

Accommodations were what was expected for the price. The TV never worked and there was a lot of noise from the company behind the building, loading a removing trash from Goodwill Industries. Good breakfast provided and nice clean rooms

整體來說還可以。如果浴室可以添加淋浴液、牙刷、牙膏的話就好了！

Excellent service, good breakfast

Breakfast and room

Hotel was nice and clean it was just that you had to pay for the parking. And shuttle to airport was every hour or so

All in all it was a nice facility for the price! The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were friendly. The couple issues I had was, my room keys would not work at random times. I had to go down and get new room keys 3 different times. Also, the hot tub was nasty. The water smelled like sour feet, and as the bubbles were going, you can see them gather at the other end of the spa, and the bubbles were black and full of filth and body scum. Yuck!

The staff was very helpful, the room clean and bed comfortable

staff very rude for answering questions or asks. carpet on the floor was smelling bad. AC was not working properly.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was yummy!

It was the best IHG hotel that we have stayed in todate and we stayed in quite a few. It was a an overnight stay from the airport. The only thing is and it was actually kind of funny and not a problem was that our room view was into a parking lot that had lots of cardboard boxes, and pallets.

Clean room

Nice location

Clean room. Shower wall was cracked but other than that, good stay for a night.
