Two night Stop over on the way to Japan. Close to airport. Clean room and good breakfast.

Only one night stay but clean room, good breakfast.

Limited toiletries in bathroom, not sure if they forgot to re-stock in my room. Some odd odor in room, smelled musty. Airport shuttle very helpful.

I just stay a night but property was just ok.

The room was a bit rundown. The bathroom particularly needed some upgrades. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately they charge for parking. Bit of a rip off when you consider the price of the rooms

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant had a very nice soup for dinner. None of the locks on my door worked and I did not feel safe. When I went to the desk to get a new room no one was there. None of the phones worked so I could not call anyone. The condition of the furniture was poor.

Just in a good area to get to the airport quickly. Overall pretty good place to stay last minute. Went down to the bar/restaurant to watch one of the soccer matches, and the tap of some premium beers were out. That’s really weird and inconvenient. Not everyone likes Coors or Budweiser.

Front desk staff was great and very helpful/understanding. The rooms were filthy. Our first room has mystery white dripping stains. We moved to a second room that had a pillow stain, mystery stains, and gum on the furniture. We asked for a refund and they politely and professionally completed the refund. Staff is very nice.

Staff pleasant and professional , location great, parking w/ blue placard turned out that’s free The bathroom tile in shower/bath looked like dirt in various locations and/or it was just corroded. I honestly thought it were bugs to later see a roach in bathroom. I was checking out anyways so it just speeded my process after seeing that. The tub I’m assuming is old because it’s not the best clean looking tub. Also, only two face towels and 3 bath towels for 4 ppl. Luckily I always bring my own. My granddaughter pointed out cobwebs. Likely hood staying again is slim.

Room was so cold I couldn't sleep and unit in room wouldn't work.

Nothing Very old . Needs a renovation asap

I was disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping never came despite being requested, the room was noisy because the windows did not block outside sounds, and the hotel felt old and outdated. The staff at the front desk were not welcoming, and the $10 parking fee seemed unjustified since there was no valet service. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall, no problem and would stay again if we are in the neighborhood
