This hotel was very good from points of view of location (near to SF airport), breakfast (good quality buffet), parking and price. Although it does not have good quality restaurants nearby and far from downtown, this hotel is a one of the best choices for travelers. i will stay again if I come back to SF.

The flight was perfect

Bed was very uncomfortable and sheets were stiff and scratchy. TVs did not work with the remotes. Pullout couch was super uncomfortable. Coffee maker did not work. Noise from the airplanes wasn't horrible but still distracting.

The hotel service here is very welcoming and hospitable!! I was greeted kindly and assisted with room preparations!! Check out is at 12 which is a nice change compared to the usual 11am check out time. The hotel breakfast had a great selection of various foods and the time for breakfast ends at 10AM. So be prepared to arrive downstairs with time to eat if that’s what you’re planning to do since they do have the time to be accurate for when they do stop serving breakfast. I would definitely recommend and return!! :)

It's close to the airport

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was a little less than other BW's. Not bad, not amazng. We'd stay again

Clean, spacious and good customer

The night front desk staff on arrival was very helpful. The property appeared to be overdue for updating. The bathroom shower head leaked. Water pressure poor. Stained corridor carpet. Breakfast eggs ran out. Sausage was not as good as most motels. Poor fruit selection. Waffles were nice. The bed was comfortable. All in all ok but needs updating.

Hotel was a lot better than I expected. Clean and friendly staff.

Arrived in the room and noticed it was really loud in the room. Went to the window and realized it was broken and they had covered part of it with blue painters tape. Not just a small crack, but separated from the window pane broken. The curtains were blowing from the wind coming in and the sounds coming in from outside were as if the window was open since we were near the airport. Went to the front desk and asked for a different room and the man at the desk acted like we were inconveniencing him by making the complaint about the broken window and noise. He eventually provided us with a different room but was not happy about it. Best I can say about the hotel is that it was clean.

Hotel is not new but the rooms are well maintained. Front Office staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and the water dispenser that you can get anytime is very helpful. I would definitely

Breakfast hours were very convenient. The food was delicious, and the variety of options was wonderful.

The airport shuttle service is excellent.

Staff is very sweet. Breakfast is outstanding. I even see cucumbers and cherry-tomatoes. Also, everything was delicious.
