Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel

The front desk employees were great ...shuttle service driver professional and friendly The bartender was hella rude and the restaurant employee was unprofessional....beds could be more comfortable they were pretty hard not to soft at all

I had a very comfortable and relaxing room. The front desk staff are very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond taken care of me. I always try this hotel first when it in my budget.

Second room had a broken heating system.

The smell of the room and the bathroom needs updating. It’s a bit outdated.

The location The beds were small and un comfortable. The toilet was broken.

However, the hotel was close to the bay trail and it was an interesting walk along the salt marshes and then the bay.

It was a terrible night. We stayed on the second floor and the window wasn't able to lock, and there was a huge platform outside our room, so we called the front desk asking for help, they sent someone to our room but they told us they couldn't fix it. We were very concerned about that window being unlockable while sleeping, so we proposed different solutions but they didn't accept any. For example, they didn't allow us to switch room, didn't let us pay more to get an upgraded room, they weren't willing to send us to some sister hotels, they weren't willing to refund our room fare if we wanted to leave at that night. Besides this, the pillow had an unknown black stain and the curtain had unkown dark red-ish stain. Additionally, since this hotel is really close to the airport, you can hear planes flying. It was really loud.

Ken the bartender was so nice and so much fun. He makes a mean Martini.

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. A pool and hot tub !!

A great and affordable place to stay if you’re visiting San Francisco. It’s close enough to the city without paying the city price.

Room safe was inoperable and bathroom sink handle was very loose, making water temperature adjustment difficult. Breakfast buffet was outstanding as was everything else at this hotel!
