Space of the room and king size beds. Stayed at room 417. Shower tub was CLOGGED! Every shower taken the drain would not drain the water being collected and tub started to fill up like I’m going to take a bath and not a shower. Facility maintenance needs to check this frequently.

If your looking for a no frills with fancy extras just a place to sleep this is it. Its conveniently located off the 101 and near the highway or the piers if your going to an event. I booked for the Portola festival since its cheaper to stay outside the city and its still close. Check in was easy but their cook had left at 6 so wasnt able to get a meal. Front desk was extremely nice and helpful and pointed me towards places to eat and grab a snack that were walking distance. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The tv was positioned weird though to wear you couldn't really see it from the second bed due to the positioning of the dresser and cabinet. Overall it was a nice stay and it felt safe.

The property’s Internet is not working.

Breakfast was good but you have to pay for it. No breakfast included. You walk 3/4 mile to train ride which is cleaner than I thought. There was no shuttle ride from airport to hotel. You will have to get uber/lyft. There’s no swimming pool/jacuzzi. No breakfast buffet, only you have to pay for breakfast.

Staff were very nice, room was nice and clean. Area was nice and quiet. Walls are thin so you can hear outside noises.

I paid for one night and the deposit was the same amount as the room, received the money back, but when I checked out i was advised the deposit should’ve been less. Maybe I just was not aware of the deposit being the same as the room amount. The bathroom floor was kind of lifting

The stay was actually amazing im will say i will recommend it to Stay out here and I can't wait for the next time to come back here soon

I’ve never really written a bad review before so this feels a little off, but this property was so dirty, on our way from the elevator to the rooms it smelled like fresh paint throughout the day and night, and there were plenty of lamps missing, when we got to a room, the bathroom was so dirty. The tub was dirty. The shower was clogged. There were hairs all over the shampoo and conditioner. One of the towels was also dirty and the toilet seat was also dirty. You could hear a lot of noise at night as well. The staff was great, but this location needs a lot of fixes and to be cleaned better.

It was conveniently close to the airport, if you can drive. There was no one to help with luggage, but they provide luggage carts (!).
