Hotel Focus SFO

The room we have was very small especially the bathroom.The vent was not operating well.the AC has a musty smell. The pillows were hard and the ceiling was creaking everytime there is movement upstairs. The only good thing I can say is that, the housekeeping was on point, the staffs were helpful and of course it was rightly priced based on the services we get.

Room was fine. Beds were comfy. Tv options were limited, no streaming available. Airport shuttle was nice. Adequate for a nights sleep but I’ll probably pay a bit more next time for better amenities.

Nothing to say negatively nor positively. What I remembered was it had minimum amenities, no iron to press wrinkles out of folded clothes.

Toilet was broken. Wifi wasn’t working.

Ok for one night if you’re traveling to/from SFO.

This is my go to place! Always accommodating to me!

Their staff is all Latin. They have lots of issues communicating in English and understanding your needs. They are kind of hostile and bad at communicating.

The room was small, the beds were basically pressed against wall. No fridge, so I had to keep my daughter’s milk in ice. There was no knob for the shower so could only turn on and off but couldn’t put it to hot. When I went to open my ice bucket to fill it with ice there was clumps of hair in there, so things were clearly not clean all the way.

This hotel was not what the pictures show... I'm sorry to have to write this after what I spent here. The coffee maker had mold In it, the bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even turn around in it, and dirty, light bulbs out. No ice.. Also when I booked online on Expedia it said that parking was included but I was charged an extra $25 at check-in for parking. I would definitely choose differently if I could go back and do it again.

Great hotel and staff

I felt this place look a little older. Front desk people didn’t look very happy there.

Parking is bad. Not sure why they have a parking fee and not enough parking spots! Also why do they ask if I'd like room clean the next day and they don't show up to clean.

A lot of dust, ants in many places in the room.

Good for the price and great staff . But some guest smoking even it say no smoking. Smell at the hall

The hotel is an excellent and peaceful. The parking is a little bit tight and not many available to all guests. They are also need to keep the breakfast a little bit longer for late sleeper. Other than that I love the Hotel staying there!

The Carpet in the Hallways needs to be Repaired.Recommend Laminate flooring the Carpet is old

The parking lot needs better security.

The online booking process and staff at the front counter made check-in nice and simple. After receiving my room key, I entered a clean, well-prepared room stocked with fresh towels, soap, and conditioner. The bedding was clean, soft, and very comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. If using public transportation to get to from the hotel, SamTrans Route 292 & 130/130B would be the best selection.

The rooms air condition didnt work for 15 mins. We have to call frontdesk to let them know. Its a hassle.
