Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Southern Pines / Pinehurst

The beds move when leaned on, I almost fell. One tiny bar of soap, a tiny bottle of shampoo, and a tiny bottle of cream. We booked a room for two adults. Clearly that was not enough. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Very clean.

I was displeased to have this all occur because when I booked my room a month prior, I made sure to call the hotel front desk and tell them I was bringing a pet & they did not inform me at that time (when they could see what I booked) that queen rooms were not available with pets. If you are looking for a comfortable, large sized and accommodating/accessible hotel when you have pets or young children, please book elsewhere.

Nothing Everything

The hotel is in need of an upgrade. Had that cheap motel smell.

Adequate. Ideal location for what I do when in town. Low key, clean over all with only one roach and spider but it’s NC, they are common there in the summer. Breakfast wasn’t great but it is sustainable. Pancake machine and frozen breakfast burritos like in a gas station, muffins which were pretty good and I think they had cereal and Two juice options. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable, clean towles/washclothes and nice hot shower.

The picture of the room was not what I was exception that weekend, the room was small and the room that we were in had water damage on the top of he window area and also at the bottom of the window area. The mattress was not comfortable at the same time. We did have breakfast and was ok on that area.

Price Breakfast was poor. Few choices

Breakfast fine. Parking fine ! First nite problem with smoke detector. Kept going off!! Annoying! Fixed next day ! They turned it off ! Battery change didn’t work!!

Parking is convenient, breakfast was very nice, and proximity was unbeatable. My room was spotless and staff was super friendly. Would stay here again.

I didn’t stay. I’m disappointed because my mom was took out of my account. Also I was doing a calculation for the hotel. No one was able to get it done. If possible I need my money back. Thank you have a wonderful day ✌❤️

Room was nasty, there was spilled coffee stains on the walls, bugs in the shower, the hotel asked for a deposit, then proceeded to re-charge my card for the entire booking AS well as the deposit, when asked how they would compensate for the plans I had to cancel due to their mistake (which was the entire reason we travelled there) they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through a 3rd party

Pleasant look (new) and location; reasonable price. They were understaffed and were only doing linen and trash service. Our floor was sticky and there was a large moldy ceiling tile over the door. They moved us to another room which was only better because of the carpet, which I’m sure had not been vacuumed but at least was clean to the eye! Nice staff! Not a great breakfast offering either; we skipped it, which was not the plan.

I enjoyed my stay.

The staff are like family.........friends for sure. Nothing.......

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Other guests were very loud in the middle of the night.
