Great time.. We had a suite. Clean and spacious..we were on the third floor..last night there..so noise in hall..but did not last long Otherwise..highly recommend to travelers..

Staff seemed bothered to be asked questions about the hotel’s amenities as well as at check out.

Llegue por la noche despues de manejar todo el dia, trataron de darme la habitacion sucia, despues que que alguien ya la habia usado, tuve que pedir que me dieran otra habitacion, pero no habia otra con la mismo tamaño asi que tuve que tomar una mas pequeña.

Todo muy limpio y espacioso incluso el desayuno supero mis expectativas 10/10

I will definitely stay here again. Location is close to the highway and shopping area.

Every thing was ok

Nice clean and quiet!

1. We were outnumbered the third floor. The elevator would “ding” on the 3rd floor, but shook, shook, shook until the door opened. It did that for 4 full days and no service technician was ever working on it. Having a legally blind friend with me, the stairs were not a good option. 2. Pillow had big knots in them like a piece of paper was wadded up and shoved into the pillowcase. There were at least 6 wads in my pillows. I think they wash the pillows, dry them and never straighten out the polyfil in the pillow. BUT HOW DOES HOUSEKEEPING MISS THAT? 3. Monday morning. 8:30 am. RAN OUT OF MILK FOR BREAKFAST. How do you do that when you know exactly how many people are in our hotel including number of kids? THAT’S INSANE. The front desk girl didn’t seem to really care at all. 4. My phone would not stay connected to WIFI and I could never log in. Kept going to the front desk EVERYDAY so they could log me in. But after leaving the hotel, it would NEVER RECONNECT. 5. If you needed more toilet paper other than the ONE ROLL, they left in your room, you have to go to front desk to get another one. 6. On Saturday morning before the end of bfast, the kitchen area was nasty. Every table that was empty was filthy. We Never saw the kitchen hostess. She disappeared. Then the syrup had tipped over and was draining all down the cabinets and into the floor. It was disgusting. DONT GO.

We had a great time here. The rooms were excellent and clean . Kudos to the cleans staff. Breakfast area was good and clean to... the only thing is the waffles and the biscuits they need something the waffles need some butter and both of the mixes need to to be more fluffy so the won't be to heavy when you eat them... Other then that everything was delicious.

This place is very clean and the rooms are pretty well updated. The elevator was a little odd, it is kinda slow and does a strange vibrating thing. But overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

The staff was friendly. Entire location was clean. Pool was nice. The elevator freaks me out a bit going up. It shakes and jerks.

Honestly I booked this hotel because I was traveling with my dog It was 386 dollars for 2 nights and after they added tax and dog fee (completely reasonable) it was as 438 dollars. This hotel isn’t really worth that .. breakfast was ok however if you like coffee in the morning, stay somewhere else, it was the worse watered down coffee I have had in a long time.

The rooms were clean and the beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for a lite bite to get your day started. After being stuck in a car all day, the pool was a great way for the kids to get out their zoomies.

Nice clean room with tile floors throughout. No carpet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We have family in the area so we will definitely stay again and would recommend.
