It was more of a contractor place. It was the noisiest place I ever ever stayed at. It didn’t have an ice machine. The staff has been trying to get an ice machine for 5 years. Two weeks prior they had floods and there was mud dryer up everywhere so I could live with that. They had signs put up not to park in the back and side the next day or be towed by 6 am. 7:30 in the morning the manager started pounding and yelling on the door across the hall to more his car or be towed and woke us up. It was bad. Then when we left they had the roll up window close so I couldn’t yell at the manager. Do not go there.

I would recommend this facility

Stay away. Dirty rooms. Food drops and spills from previous guests was on floor. Very minimum amenities . Bare Kitchenette. no coffee maker, no iron,no hairdryer in the room. No courtesy coffee at front desk. Extremely rude staff. Staff try their best to ignore you. Motel 6 might have better staying than this crappie place.

The staff and the room provided everything that I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all the amenities that I needed. I was very safe and well provided for. I will definitely stay there again.

Extremely impressed with our recent stay here for the Reno Rodeo. Clean rooms. Excellent air conditioning. Phenomenal water pressure. Secure facility. Dizzy checked us in and was so helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually like to write negative reviews. We didn’t have a great experience here, the description didn’t match the actual environment. First it never said that it was an extended stay place and there were people living there. We were given 2 bath towels and 1 wash rag for 4 people (2 queen room), they said we could get more by enrolling in a program for $2 a day. The room was missing some basic amenities such as a coffee maker, Kleenex & hand towels. The hotel also didn’t have an ice maker, they said it was due to not being able to clean it properly. Our room smelled of chemicals so bad! The place felt run down and under staffed, when we checked out the front desk was still closed even though it was during their “open hours”. During our stay we also lost power due to a fire up the hill, but we had no idea what was going on. There was no communication. We had to look it up for ourselves to see if we needed to evacuate. The temperatures were warm and we were without A/C for around 5 hours. We were also traveling through and due to the power outage, we couldn’t charge our phones and other electronic equipment. We were going to leave for another hotel but couldn’t afford it and didn’t know if we would be refunded. We were so disappointed in this hotel and don’t want other to be misled!

There are no amenities. Not even an ice machine or hair dryer. Room had a full kitchen but no plates, utensils, etc. The mattress was rock hard. Parking at night was tough. Even the elevator was dark inside and it was hard to select the floor. For $160 a night I will find another place to stay for the night.

Hotel is in a good l location and is easy to locate. Unfortunately the jotel.ia lacking maintenance and cleanliness. The Hotel had an odor to it after leaving the lobby. The room appeared to be clean on initial entry but after settling in we found boogers on the wall.innthe restroom, the bed frame was layered in hair dirt amd debris. The doors and furniture are worn and in need of paint or replacement. I personally think a stay at motel 8 would have been better if not equal to the quality of stay and at $40 less per night. Disappointed...

Room was clean

The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is always really great

The property was in a very questionable area and my covtraveller was approached by a prostitute. The room smelled terribly like smoke. Will not stay again.

The second thing was when I went into the room I found a toilet with a huge hunk of hair in it. I guess that's not technical bad, but it's pretty disgusting. The furniture was neither "nice" nor particularly in good shape, particularly the vinyl chair, which was the only place to sit in the room other than the bed. The stove top looked like someone had spilled something on it a number of years ago and then cooked it on, over and over. The cheap plastic cup had a plastic wrapper that had been perforated about 8 times. Not exactly sanitary. Unless you really need to save a little money, spend an extra $25-50 and enjoy a "real" Marriott Suties.

Good Good

They don’t clean your room every day. Which sucks when you need sheets changed or floor vacuumed ect. Other than that it’s very nice

Great place compared to other similar hotels. Made for people with longer stays for work, not a high frills place but is clean and everything works. I would stay again.
