Loved having a microwave and fridge and iron but no ironing board was available so I ironed on the bed , too much noise from the Perón above us and the sounds echo too much in the hallway and we did find a couple baby bugs not sure if they were baby roaches or not but I did notify the staff , otherwise it was fine we only slept there we didn’t use the pool at all but if your going to go to Reno for a quick stop then the motel will work just fine

I am regular traveler so I expect Al least average quality but this location not even average and comparatively very low in my lifetime experience. No swimming working , no room cleaned untill I spent 3 night . Even I have to give to them used towel to clean up . Breakfast ok I don’t complain but was not as good as average hotels . Some of staff ok and friendly ladies but one guy staff was not customer friendly. I was not expected this type property from Expedia. I don’t recommend for family . If you single and don’t mind for cleaning up it’s ok.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and breakfast were great. We will stay here again the next time we visit Reno.

Clean room, clean property, casino is next door, gas station is walking distance, everything is convenient.

It was clean , quiet and the front deck staff was amazing.

The staff was super helpful and generous! Room was a little dirty, beds were okay, and the hallway smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. Conveniently located off the I-80.

The front desk staff were very personable and helpful and efficient. The room was plain but the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff seemed to have done a good job where things were visible, but high dusting was poorly maintained - the top of the hair dryer on the wall was very dusty and the top of the bathroom's mirror was, literally, black when I cleaned it with a washcloth in the process of wiping down the mirror after a shower. The included breakfast was adequate but the coffee was good.

Is a good place to stay

This hotel worked for my purposes. I was looking for an affordable place to sleep while I attended some family functions. It is a truck stop so there is truck traffic day and night. This did not bother me at all. I find the activity to be soothing ...like White Noise. The bathrooms are in need of upgrades. I dislike the short low to the ground toilets. But my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The first room we were in #215 was dirty. The desk clerk moved us to #323 which was even dirtier. It was a long drawn out process that was exhausting. Next day complained to front desk. They toured #215 with me and sàw photos of other room. They agreed it was unacceptable. Clerk assured me she forwarded my complaint to the manager. The maintenance man wrote down managers email for me. I sent her an email and it came back as undeliverable. This was one of the most dirtiest rooms I have ever been in. Floors, chairs, fridge, microwave all dirty. Lampshades stained and broken, curtains, tub all gross! Room smelled of cigarettes and desk clerk gave us air freshener to spray in room. I will say that the desk people could not have been nicer. Never heard from manager. This dumpy room cost $95! It was a skid row room at best.

Everything was great including the bed. Will stay again soon.

Could have had more to chose from on the breakfast. Little or no protein offered. Was told my the hotel we could gave bottom floor and it wasn't available.

Good stay

This is a great, inexpensive hotel. The staff was very friendly, the AC worked well, and was quiet. The area seemed safe, close to a bike path and shops.
