Americas Best Value Inn Sparks

This was our 2nd year staying here and this year we stayed in a Suite. The room was very clean and very spacious! Perfect for us and our grandson. We love the friendly, polite, helpful staff. We will definitely be staying again.

Great experience with staff as well as the rooms

No good. Cen not get contact with staff for an emergency situation.

The property has a very convenient location but needs to improve their shower/ tub maintenance & breakfast needs a low carbohydrate option.

Only 1 desk lamp for the whole room. No other lights, very dark. Sink drain smell like sewage.

I liked it that it was pretty close to a shopping center for restaurants

When we first arrived staff was more interested in finishing their conversation than checking us in. We stayed 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come to the room, we had to go down and ask for fresh towels. The breakfast advertised is more of a on the go type snacks, such as cereal cups, yogurt, and bagels. The irons did not work and no ironing board was in the room

Could use some updating but it was clean and ok for a night stop.

Great clean place! Great place just enough away from the city busyness. Decent breakfast and they have a pool!!

When I got home, I couldn't find a book I knew I had with me in the room, so I called the hotel to ask them to look for it - except they didn't answer the phone. 2nd time 30 minutes later - no answer. 3rd time and hour later - no answer. I called corporate. They were so sorry that the hotel wasn't answering, but it was out of their hands. 4th time, I finally got the front desk to answer, but they couldn't find my book. And the "breakfast" was bagels and cereal. Closest they had to protein was some terrible yogurt. Hard pass for me.

Only issue was the ice machine out of service.staff was great and breakfast was amazing.. Will definitely stay there again. Staff was amazing to my family and my service animal..

I've stayed in worse places. It's a place to sleep. We were trying to save money on this trip because it was unexpected so I can't complain. You get a TV, a bed, bathroom, small fridge and a microwave. There is a pool so that was a plus. If you're on a super tight budget then it will do to save money but you can get a lot more bang for your buck for not much more money. We saved about $200-$300 staying here for a week. In hindsight, I would have preferred to pay the few hundred extra and get some better amenities.

Room clean and big

The washers were expensive. The kiosk overcharged (3 times!) The lobby in the casino suggested quarters and said the grocery store would reimburse. The dryer ate my quarters. The grocery said, “they’re not our machines: call the number”. Maintenance said, “call the number on the machines.” I suggested they post signs and train staff not to suggest quarters! Or offer reimbursement that does not exist. The ice machine was down for repairs. The breakfast was not anything I’d eat: Old bagels in plastic, lite yogurt, green apples in plastic, and cold cereal. Coffee was good.

It was a great stay. I’d stay again.

The location was great and it was nice to have a few options to take for breakfast. However, the place was pretty old. During my stay, the water from the bathtub and the sink turned very brown and was filthy.

Staff is very nice , rooms are clean, parking everywhere!

Wi-fi was not the best and had to reconnect using 3 different options 2 of which would connect without wi-fi. There were unaccompanied minors in the hallway until after 1:30am who were LOUD and obnoxious and would not be quiet so I have no doubt other guests were kept awake as well. The property is next to a truck stop and the trucks were also loud AND train tracks are close by so heard whistle blowing too. I came out to my car in the morning and someone had thrown a soda or drink on my car hood and windshield. Not planning on staying here again.
