Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Reno Sparks

The rooms were small but clean. The air conditioning is loud but works really well. They have Netflix and some other good channels. The free breakfast is really good. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a great stay in every way!

From the beginning the staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby was very appealing, as were the suites. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

It was great

Everything was great

The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel so you might hear a dog barking in a room but we did not experience this while we were sleeping. We were here during a fire so the hotel became full due to evacuees looking for a place to stay. It seemed like the hotel was accommodating and the only slight inconvenience was parking. However, we did find parking on the street in front of the hotel.

Probably one of the better breakfasts from any of the hotels on our trip

Our room wasn’t clean.

When we arrived ice bucket was full of water.

they got to clean more

The staff was friendly and helpful but the toilet was clogged on arrival and in general the room felt slightly dingy. It definitely wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but it also wasn't the best. As a broad statement, I feel I could have done better for the same price elsewhere.

Exceptional

Everything was great

The air conditioner smelled like it was burning anytime it was on. The hotel staff did not come in to clean up room at all throughout my stay. Breakfast shut down at 9 instead of 9:30. The pool feels more like a sauna than a swimming pool.

Very clean and very nice people We had reserved a king studio. It was a queen not a king

Nice place , nearby Highway and restaurants

Our room was clean and well appointed. The ac worked beautifully and it was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient. Good value!

Overall it was a great place other than the beds are all small but town was crowded so most places were full for the night

The really bad thing is that the room assigned was really noisy… room 123 Noted that is next to the kitchen. This has to be corrected badly!!!
