Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Reno Sparks

The staff was friendly and helpful but the toilet was clogged on arrival and in general the room felt slightly dingy. It definitely wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed but it also wasn't the best. As a broad statement, I feel I could have done better for the same price elsewhere.

Everything was great

The air conditioner smelled like it was burning anytime it was on. The hotel staff did not come in to clean up room at all throughout my stay. Breakfast shut down at 9 instead of 9:30. The pool feels more like a sauna than a swimming pool.

Our room was clean and well appointed. The ac worked beautifully and it was quiet. Breakfast was sufficient. Good value!

Overall it was a great place other than the beds are all small but town was crowded so most places were full for the night

The really bad thing is that the room assigned was really noisy… room 123 Noted that is next to the kitchen. This has to be corrected badly!!!

Checkin was great; had a warm and friendly conversation. The room was unexpectedly nice, I think I was upgraded to a hot tub. After riding 500 miles today, it felt great to soak.

This hotel had the best breakfast of all 10 hotels we stayed at over a 17 days period touring the western US. The employees were friendly and the environment was convivial. The pool was out of service due to technical issues, which was disappointing, but out of anyone's control, I suppose.

The motel is staffed with great people and my favorite is breakfast!!!!

Impossible to watch TV HAD ADD APP to phone. Correct tv sucks

The room we checked into was not clean and had visible debris on the floor, unlined trash cans, a shower that spilled water out and flooded the whole bathroom with every shower, dirty walls and ceilings, and most concerning the room had a strong smell of must and mold.

Location Alan at the front desk was HORRIBLE. And there were not enough amenities for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

Easy check in, very nice place, clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel.

Only problem was the TV didn’t work, maybe a broken outlet as the lamp plugged into the same one also didn’t work. Didn’t bother calling the desk as we were settled in after a long day driving and didn’t want bother changing rooms or having someone in our room.

it was good. I could stay with my dog and they gave a room in the first floor, so it was easy for me to take my dog outside. The only issue the room was very noise.

Nice rooms & staff Location was noisy. A bit expensive
