This hotel is great overall. My only concern was the cleanliness of the room. There appeared to be ketchup or blood stains on the bedding, the walls had residue on them, and the bath tub looked like it had mildew or was just filthy. The beds were extremely comfortable though, and staff was friendly.

The owners were excellent and very accommodating. They acknowledged us every time we went in and out. If I were to find a flaw it would be the fact there is no grab bar in the tub and it was very slippery. We all thought our stay was excellent

The room appeared clean but comforter had stains. There was screw holes in bathroom walls and it looked like poor installation. There was garbage all over back door entrance.
-
Very quiet and far enough off the main traffic to be restful and relaxed No issues with anything----everything was above average for the price and convenience
-
No elevator, for when u have a little one
-
Broken tiles in the bathroom, painted sink bowl, needs to replace faucet.

We were early arriving and checked to see about what time we could check in. It was 1030 AM and we fully understood that we would need to return at a later time for check in. There were two cars in the whole parking lot on a Friday. We were told to return after 200 PM and did. (minor annoyance) The desk operation was fine regretfully Room 122 smelled of cigarette smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking. We are Seniors and had plenty of luggage which would require an elevator to move up to the other floors. There was no elevator so consequently we had to stay in the smoky smelling room. Upon entering the room and using the toilet we discovered the toilet was loosely secured to the floor and would tilt with the shifting of weight while seated. Feared the wax ring would leak at any moment. The bathroom was entirely too small and the sink was inconvenient for having two people in the room who may wake up at differng times. From the view point of a customer the entire building may be needing a renovation. I did not like the breakfast offering at all and went to McDonald's every morning after the first morning. The shower head was the most redeeming quality of the stay.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places in okoboji and this was our favorite so far. I would stay here again.

Clean and nice rooms. Staff was great. Very nice and attentive. Trash out side and people smoking which didn't really bother me just no ashtrays outside. On thing the side door didn't lock so anyone could go in and out as they pleased.

Breakfast could have been better

Staff was nice location was ok, didnt try the breakfast, but we did check it out and it looked ok, room could've been cleaner, it wasnt bad, decent experience
-
The staff was so friendly and welcoming!!! Even engaged with 12 year old boys and understanding of their energy! Beds were very comfortable!

Wonderful, helpful owners. For a handicapped room, the bed was too high for me to get in without my husband helping me. They were short staffed so we had to ask for items like coffee, shampoo, towels, Kleenex to be replenished (we had a three night stay).

Everything was excellent.

Nothing They are charging us $50 for supposed bloodstains on towels that I know for a fact weren’t made by us. Spoke with Joe and all he wanted to do was argue with me and not listen to reason and blame us. The towels were already “yellowed” when we got there.
