Where to start…. Was told upon arrival my card was declined…?? Ok, ? Why? I hadn’t even checked in or even arrived at the hotel yet. Was charged $50 for “Early Check~In”. Fine, never once had to pay an early check in fee in all of my travels. To top that off, I was charged $200 deposit for having my PTSD~Four Time Traumatic Brain Injury survivor dog. Again, never have been charged for my PTSD dog. So we get our room, the next door room had one or multiple screaming children, until 3:30~4:00am. Was then woken up by the “grandpa” of the neighboring room at 5:45~6:00am apologizing for all the noise throughout the night… then at 8:45am housekeeping knocked on the door for quite awhile, asking when I would be checking out!??? SERIOUSLY????!!! POOR STAY, POOR ATMOSPHERE, CLEARLY DO NOT SUPPORT THE VETERAN LEO’s of the U.S…. Still waiting for a response from Wyndham via email for my complaint phone call!

Breakfast is from 6-9am every day. Somehow we didn't know that and missed it one morning. The staff is very nice. Overall it was just what we needed for our trip since we weren't in our hotel room much during the day.

Staffer was helpful and courteous. Room was nice and mostly clean. Vent in the bathroom sounded like my rototiller when turned on. Bathroom was clean but smelled like a locker room, very musty b.o. smell. Room heater/air cond had a very burnt smell when we turned on the heat. A/C was fine though. Breakfast was very simple but adequate. They were out of coffee on morning #2 when I stopped to eat at 8am.

The staff was wonderful .. they take great care of their hotel and are very personable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

Mini fridge freezer frozen with ice build up. Shower rod bracket pulling from wall. Floor tiles in bathroom broken and lifting when stepping on them.

Checking into our room we discovered the worn pilled sheets full of dog/cat hair and hair in the sink. The manager was quick to give us a new room that the fridge freezer needed defrosted badly but at least was cleaner. Heads up, the indoor heated pool is not heated. The breakfast was lacking fruit, OJ and not very much offered. Very disappointed for a Ramada that needs updated with sinks and tub worn out. We will choose another place to stay next time. l

Bathroom was awful. H ad several places of mold on walls and around floor. Tiled floor was letting water seep from below Toilet was unstaple Bedding / top sheet so short couldn't bring it up to neck.

Booked this hotel due to hot tub advertised. Upon check-in, the hot tub was completely covered up, non running. Discussed with booking company, was told front desk would let us check out in 10 minutes. Front desk allowed us to leave but took days of back and forth for them to release our money! An absolute joke! Would NEVER recommend due to false advertising, dishonest staff. No thanks!
