Shows tub drain was stuck!!!

Room and staff were great.

We would highly recommend if you are looking a cheap and clean location.

When I checked in the woman at the front desk was friendly but didn’t explain any about the hotel just had me sign papers and gave me breakfast vouchers for Dennys which is misleading about what type of breakfast they offer. My room was clearly not cleaned there were kids smeared finger prints all over the long mirror by the front door and tile floor was so sticky. One of the beds had stains on the sheets so by the looks of it they just remade dirty beds. The price was lower than most of the hotels and now it makes sense. I don’t like to write negative reviews but being as I own a cleaning business this is not acceptable unfortunately I would not recommend staying here.

We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor and leftover shampoo from a previous guest, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Had the breakfast situation been accurately disclosed before booking, we likely would have chosen a different hotel.

We liked everything about our stay. The room rate was affordable; the building was clean; the property nicely landscaped; lots of places to shop or dine within walking distance. If you are looking for a worry free stay you have found the perfect place.

Sadly, the place is not as advertised. First, there is no "full breakfast". It is the worst grab-n-go I've experienced. The bars seemed like something from a bomb shelter. They offer you 2 Denny's breakfast tickets (up to 3 items); however, we are a family of five staying in a suite. We'd have to purchase the rest of the meals ourselves. Second, they advertised an arcade, and there was none. Third, in the suite, the doors to the other room were like patio French doors with see-through glass panels, allowing for zero privacy. Also, the doors would not click into place, so they just swung up. Very uncomfortable for the adults staying in that room. We picked this place expecting breakfast for all, entertainment for the kids, and a suite with privacy for the adults. Had we known this was falsely advertised, we would not have picked that place. I tried to see what the manager could offer us, and she was not helpful. I then asked to speak to the General Manager, but I would just get looped back to the first manager. Then no other contact information was provided.

Like the fact they give you a Dennys breakfast voucher to enjoy a good reasonable breakfast plus coffee.

The stay was good except housekeeping entered my room while I was out even with the do not disturb card on my door. Apparently they have a policy in place that housekeeping comes in every 3 days. The day they entered was the 2nd day. While I can appreciate the replacement towels and garbage taken out, they never should have come in my room. This policy was told to me after the fact and by the manager, not the staff checking us in. I ended up throwing out my toothbrush because you never know with people, even if management says they are great. I’m definitely not okay with how this was handled. Besides this incident, everything else was good.

There are quite a few eateries, esp. Denny's "next door", which when given coupons by Silverstone, provided that complimentary hot breakfast. It's a clean modest place; reasonably priced with friendly staff. I believe that the furniture (vinyl covered chairs) and carpet needs to be updated. However, being as it may, it was cleanly maintained.

Dennys free meal tickets were a plus, a hundred motel 8 guests invading the pool was a minus

The hotel looks like it hasn’t been upgraded and 30 years. We requested a room for two queen beds and a pullout sofa. They were unable to provide that and gave us a king bed and pull out which did not accommodate our family. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable or helpful.

The shower in my room was broken. They were booked and charged me the full amount.

There is another hotel in the same parking lot, so it was a little confusing

The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The breakfast room smelled like mold. The homeless people sleeping in the parking lot was a bummer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Close to great restaurants like Atelano and Carusos and close to the freeway. Hotel seems to draw a sketchy crowd which made us feel un easy at times. Bed was comfy.

Nice little hotel. Clean and quiet.

The hotel was so filthy. The room was dirty and smelled. We absolutely could not stay had to go pay for another hotel.
