I stayed at 4 different hotels this week and SilverStone was the newest, most attractive, and cleanest. However the mattress was a surprising disappointment. I was feeling springs under me and depressions on either side. I needed to lay in the middle to be comfortable. I told the desk staff in the morning. She said she would report it, but didn't offer me a credit. I had higher hopes for this property based on the good rating.

I have only stayed in one hotel that was worse in Spokane and it’s the super 8 right next door. I couldn’t get much sleep for a few reasons. First the bed was so terrible and uneven that I almost had to lay sideways to sleep. Second there was so much noise of people stomping around upstairs, going up and down the stairs and in and out the door all night made it impossible to be comfortable. The breakfast vouchers would have been great but the dennys they send you to was probably the worst one I’ve ever eaten at. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a good hotel.

Check in took well over an hour. Once that was finally sorted with the assistance of the hotel next door (same owners?) we were not so pleasantly told that the included breakfast or Denny’s vouchers for the restaurant next door were only for the first two guests on the reservation (we had our teenager with us). There is no elevator, stair edging were broken, carpets in and out of our room were stained and dirty. The room did not have a hair dryer, had to go to reception to pick one up, the first one did not work, second one nearly started on fire, third one worked well enough to get the job done. Could not leave this hotel fast enough, will not be going back.

the peace once I got in my room I made a reservation for 3am in the morning and when I got there at 3am they didn't have my room available.. I called them 3 times before I got there and they said that my room would be available at 3 am.. it wasn't and I had to sleep in my car

Nice and quiet

To quote Beete Davis, “what a dump!” Old shabby lousy breakfast furniture worn out it smells. Stay away I don’t know how the fixed the Expedia rating so high, fishy!
-
It was amazing thank you
-
Expedia and the property staff were not at all helpful with the issue I had with the name, I was stranded without a room because of this. Hope such issues will be handled better and the customer will not be at a disadvantage because of issues with the app and with the hotel checkin system

This place was close to everything and if you are an antiques person you found the perfect spot in Spokane Valley to visit them! Can’t say enough about this hotel, really enjoyed our stay!

Price was decent. Was quiet, and I slept very well, which is of Paramount importance. Otherwise, carpets don’t look like they’ve been deep cleaned in a long time. Amenities were dated. No elevator. Appeared that whomever made the bed has never made a bed before, and a cheap duvet. 5.5/10 over all.

Breakfast is very lacking in the hotel but you can go next door to Denny’s and pick 3 items off a small menu on the voucher. Or you can take $7 off your bill for each voucher. My only issue is they only have two per room and technically I had one room but 4 people. Pool area and pool was fine. Water was a little cloudy but otherwise it was fine. No elevator so you will have to lug your suitcases up some stairs.

There were NO Elevators, the only thing we very much disliked.
