This motel 6 is much better than the one on the west very clean and comfort

Hotel is not kept up on at all

I’d leave Minus stars if I could! Most front staff was amazing but 1 was to be desired. He was rude! Room under husbands name but reservation was for 2 travelers, he refused to give me key even when my husband was on phone! Gave 3 faulty phone numbers for me to give my husband to call him and those didn’t work. Finally I went to my car he came out knocked on window and he said I’ll give you a key. Shower head broken sprayed a lot of water all over bathroom floor. Lastly BUGS !! We have bites and linens filthy we have pictures RUN don’t stay here!

Allen at the front desk did booking.coms job. He couldnt find my reservation made WITH booking.com. So he got me a better deal. So Allen was great and deserves to work at a better hotel Booking.com. They're a joke. Ill never use them again. I cant stand that kind of incompetence.

Washers and dryers broken

No shampoo. Otherwise perfectly fine.

I like the location, close to everything. The staff is always friendly and the cleaning crew is great!! There is no microwave or fridge in the room. I think only 2 rooms have them.

Again. Staff was wonderful, accommodations- rough at best.

Place looks, feels and smells like a shelter

There was only one small bar of soap, no shampoo, no hair dryer, and no chair of any kind. One had to sit on the bed to put socks and shoes on. The room was so empty that our voices echoed when we talked. There was a TV, refrigerator, and microwave.

Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and hard, HAD NO ADA I am using a walker. The toilet seat was low to the ground had a very hard time sitting on the toilet and getting off the toilet, could not walk into the bathroom with my walker the door way was too narrow. The staff was very helpful and when I checked out one day early because we were allowed to return home from the fire. They were able to refund me the cost for one note on the room. They gave me a number for Expedia to call so that Expedia would give me back the full amount

Smells bad and the door was hard to unlock.

The location is one of the nicer Motel 6 properties I’ve been too. We ended up here during an emergency evacuation and they didn’t charge a pet fee for three dogs or a room deposit. The water ran hot, the shower was a real shower. The only negative is the mattresses are AWFUL, you’re basically laying on a wood palette, but that’s really the only problem we had and it was still way better than ending up in the car for the night.

Exceptional

I know it’s a motel 6 but dang! The people that were last night were super sketchy! Some of them looked like they were on something! Door smashed in and smell of cigarette smoke was horrible! Beds were stained and uncomfortable! The ac worked perfectly and the appliances were updated but the mattresses are disgusting! Wasn’t bad for price! Hence why I stayed there because it was cheap and pet friendly! Won’t go back though unless they clean up the property and fix doors and deodorize the hallway to the rooms! And maybe get rid of the drug addicts

Had a great visit and when I accidentally left something behind after check out, I was called almost immediately to be let known so I could come pick it up! Super kind staff.
