Air conditioning worked well. Other guests up all night pacing, making it hard to rest.

I really like this hotel. It’s our third time staying here. We are down from Canada and stay here to go to Silverwood we get the family room with the bunkbed. It’s great affordability close enough to Coeur d’Alene and a good breakfast.

Apparently the fridge in the room wasn’t working because in the morning the food we had put in there was spoiled. I attempted to contact on 3 separate occasions explaining the issue. Two times the manager wasn’t in and I was told to call back (mind you, the manager should have called me back, not expect me to call). The third time I was placed on hold for the manager for FIFTEEN minutes, and then the call was ended. I am done wasting my time trying to call again to get some sort of compensation for the food that was wasted, because I’m sure there is no intent to do so. Horrible customer service. In addition, while the lobby is nice and clean, the hallway we were on smelled like mildew and smoke. The room was musty (probably from the broken fridge). I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed July13-17 poor service. During check in waiting for 1hour because no rooms available after an hour waiting they gave us the room 115 when we checked the room the bedsheet have a lot of pet hair. Request full housekeeping during our stay but they didn't clean it no changing bed sheet eve you request it. Very dirty, poor service.

Also “breakfast included” is a stretch. They had a coffee pot and some instant oatmeal. The front desk staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable.

Honestly the stay was pretty OK for a budget hotel, with the single exception that the room we had was craaazy humid and stale. Smelled like being in a meat locker, and had no real air circulation in the room aside from opening the window. Probably wouldn't stay here again, and would spend the extra money to stay in a different hotel. Its been awhile since I stayed in a super 8, but I remembered Super 8's being alot better.

Restful sleep

Do not recommend if the pool or breakfast have any say in your stay. If you don't care about those, then this place is fine. Breakfast was frozen waffles (taste terrible), old oatmeal packets, stale breads, and burnt coffee with no creamer. Pool wasn't even on site.

This hotel is really neat & comfortable. It's kinda amazing that a Super 8 motel with such great property & amenities. Thanks
