Holiday Inn Express Spokane-Valley by IHG

Clean room, friendly and helpful front desk staff, and dog friendly. Also an awesome burger joint across the parking lot! Parking lot was monitored and safe too.

Rugs in room where not very clean ,my breakfast bagel had mold so was decided to not have breakfast after all

Room was not cleaned well and the room we were then given had a very strong and terrible smell.

Staff was very helpful and hotel was clean. Beds were a little hard but I am a lucky sleeper!

Unfortunately we were put in a room below people from India. They were talking really loud! There kids were jumping on and off the bed. It actually got worse around midnight. We were woken up several times. No blanket, just sheets and a comforter. They pre charged our card for “incidentals”. But, there was zero incidentals in the room???? Why, the charge??

Best breakfast selection I have ever experienced. one of the reasons I keep coming back. Quieter heat/air unit

The gym is not as big as i thought but was clean. The drain in the bath tub is extremely slow.

We had a wonderful stay, the hotel exceeded our expectations (except our tub not draining, they tried to fix it but it needed a plumber and it was 1030pm after we got out of the pool... the accommodated our payment due to not being able to relocate us with out being asked to. Fantastic customer service. Pool rules not being enforced but the gurl at the desk sure did try to go in multiple times and tell people to watch their kids, no jumping on top of other kids or at all ect. Not the hotels fault some people just suck.

This hotel was very convenient and welcoming. I was traveling with pets and they made it super easy.

It was alot of area in the rooms They had mold in was told by an employee the manager wanted her to look to see how bad it was before moving my child and I to another room . It took over 45 minutes to checked in and I was the only one checking in . And when I did I was sent to a room with mold and than I had to wait another 40 minutes to have the clear and ok to get another room with no mold ! The cleaning staff didn't clean my room. The whole week . I was told they have to ask manger to change my sheets after 5 days because they don't have enough.

Rooms at this location are small. Clean and friendly staff very helpful. Cookies after 7p.m nice kids loved it. Pool open til 11pm kids loved it.
