Asked for ground floor room because of my disability and I had to go up and down stairs. Rooms were not very clean, had to ask for light bulb for bedside lamp. Toilet would not flush. No coffee in the room Everything

Good water pressure and temperature, bed was comfortable enough. The room was good sized. Cum stained sheets were replaced eventually. Cum stains on the sheets, nobody had CLEANED the bed apparently. Desk clerk was not at desk when I arrived at 5pm, neither was the 'be right back' placard out. He was apparently so distracted that shouts didn't disturb him.

It is very basic amenities. The continental breakfast was granola bars, muffins and apples. Coffee and hot chocolate seemed available all the time in the office. Not in the room. No one answered at the front desk when I called, several times. Went to desk to get assistance with tv and was told someone would be up to help. 40 minutes later and still no one. I went again and was told the manager would be up to help in 20-30 minutes, didn't show. I finally got the tv working. The desk person was having to take each guest to their rooms because they were unable to program door key cards

Suite needs to be upgraded. Really nice location on back of property. Heather running constantly between hot and cold.

I liked the relatively quiet and tidy location, far enough from the crowded and sketchy city center to feel comfortable, but close enough that you can drive or take a cab down for events in a reasonable amount of time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also can't really beat the price. The complementary breakfast had a lot fewer options than expected, but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food joints nearby so it's not a big deal.

It was cheaper than most motels for one night.

We drove 6 hours, we were looking for a place to shower and relax. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and was told they had no blankets and was given a bedspread. As for the pillows, they brought us one extra. (each of us use two) and we were told they had no more.The toilet ran every 5 minutes all night long. The sink does not drain properly, and there is not enough time for you to brush your teeth without the sink backing up to the spout. The TV is adjacent to the bed, (Not in front) so the only way to watch TV is to lie on your side and if you share the bed with someone, most certainly they will block your vision to the TV. I will most certainly not go there again,

Great location, centrally located for everybody to meet up and to get where we wanted to go. At the time their cleaning staff was short handed so it took awhile to get the rooms cleaned. Though when I went to just ask for what we needed they were very helpful to get it and I just did it myself. Not the big heavy cleaning they did that just refilling stuff

It was rather peaceful stay wasn't bothered to much and when I needed something they were quick to respond, sad the pool didnt work, but for the price I can't complain

Heard the rumors only place left with the fires in Spokane and first room was flooded beds teepeed in a triangle fans and NOW POWER. Went back to office it’s midnight exhausted and car needed a break from driving and no where lets you park and sleep in your car these days so went to get another room and eaten alive by guessing bedbugs. Everything thrown in the dumpster and lost my favorite shoes cause no way I was bringing anything home with me after that. Pics of bites and 1st room “they” moved us out of was so mentally and physically done by second room forgot pic but looked and smelt fine but the bites show otherwise.

Be careful of certain rooms. They have roaches

Horrible smell. very out dated. Couldnt even stay the night, ended up booking and leaving to another hotel.
