The rooms were clean and the water was hot for showers. My only complaint was that every time I wanted to get into my room I had to go back to the office and find someone who would recharge my card. Even if it had just been re-charged hours earlier. Not once was I able to get back into my room. The other problem was that the TV didn't want to work without me paying for a subscription. I asked for help but could not seem to get it so I didn't have a TV.

Rooms were clean. Grounds not so much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Toilet seat was very loose, but I know how to tighten the nuts. It was a smoking room, but I think they could do a better job at scrubbing the nicotine off of the bathroom tiles. All in all, it was a good bargain for a decent room.

Not clean, outlets not working, TV not working, drug addicts fighting in parking lot. No help from front desk.

The room was dirty, there was mold on the sheet, it was damp also. We stayed 3 nights with 3 kids and had noise complaints because the kids were loud. I get that but they are children. Housekeeping didnt knock once. We requested Housekeeping and towels and no one came. I will never stay there again.

This is the middle of summer, and the air conditioner in my room was terrible. It kept turning off every 10 minutes and stayed off for nearly an hour, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I reported the issue after the first night and explained that I couldn’t sleep, but the hotel staff did not fix it. The same problem continued on the second night, causing another sleepless night. This was a very disappointing stay, especially since the issue was reported but never resolved.

Walking a short distance to eat at a few places is easy. Also a large grocery store is across the street. Nice pool to cool off on hot days

Foot prints on the wall by the bed. Soil stained chairs. Cockroaches in the kitchen. Walking on the carpet turned our feet black. It smelled like the sewer was backed up after you flushed the toilet. I would have rather paid $300 a night after our stay. No thanks.

And The thing that made it worse was the fact that they charged me 4 times the amount I paid for the room and they didn’t even pay back my deposit 💸

The air conditioner and tv did not work ... it was reported, but still nothing was done about it. There were only two towels in the bathroom, we paid for five people ... we asked for more towels, they said they would deliver the next day, as they didn't have any clean towels. There was a beer can and two vape's left in the room. Only two chairs to sit on at the table. No couch or lounge chairs to sit on. The bathroom was not sanitary clean ... the bathroom was not was in need of repairs. No adjustments made for the lack of sufficient towels, no a/c, no tv, no chairs ... unpleasant stay. The staff was not helpful at all, offered no solutions ... he told us that we have two remote controllers in the room when we said the tv did not work.

Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.

Joke !!! I don’t recommend this establishment or the unhelpful staff! Drive righr by it and thank your lucky stars you were warned!!!’

Well, for one the first one there was no rubber bath to mat so I went down there asked him for one. It took him over an hour and a half to get it and then later that night I only had one bath towel so I went back down to the office.
