rude staff, bed bugs, dirty sheets (brown stains covering both beds). awful experience, I'm glad I could at least get a refund. What a nightmare. I tell everyone I meet to stay away from this place.

Looking forward to the pool n kept getting told it would be ready the next day n it was never opened. Very upsetting. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest either.

2) they had no USB plugs in the rooms or the lobby 3) the room smelled of pee I would never recommend this specific hotel to anyone.

I checked in around 4pm. Had to run out to take care of some business and right across street someone was shooting up and another was smoking “something” from a pipe. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. There is another SilverStone in Spokane valley. Drive there!!!!

Property was clean and maintained. The staff was nice and the included breakfast is a pleasant inclusion for the price, however the pool was closed most likely due to the fact it was in need of cleaning but we are in the height of the summer and the reason we booked was for a pool to cool off in. Needless to say we were a little disappointed with the pool being closed.

The biggest issues were our key cards kept being deactivated and we had to get new cards 4 times even though we booked for three days. This was extremely inconvenient coming back at all hours to have our key not work and having to take time to get it fixed. Also we were only provided with one night stay of coffee, trash bags and toilet paper. The hotel says they are Green and therefore don't come to do anything to your room for 3 days. This should not mean to be completely neglected. Our trash piled up, the bed was never made and we ran out of coffee. The staff is not friendly and treats you like an inconvenience. The remote control was covered in old food gunk so much it filled all the grooves. The desk mirror was gross with grease and the pillows were stained, the mattress was also probably disturbing as they make sure to have a zipper sheet to completely cover it. Worst of all I was promised a discount for the stay for the car key issues but never got it!!!! I was bold faced lied too! There are two Silverstone hotels. This one is not the one next to Dennys that offers vouchers for breakfast with a long st. name starting with A. This one was on West 20 something off division st. On Houston St.

Very limited parking. Room had a bad oder. The small AC unit didn't work very well. The bed was poorly made. The sheets looked like they were on from the previous occupant.

The bathroom in my room looked like someone had killed a lot of mosquitoes on the ceiling. It took 2 requests to get it clean. Breakfast was muffins, juices, coffee, & yogurt. Parking was cramped. It seems to be a safe area, and for price of rooms, it wasn’t bad.
