Disappointing

Bed bugs. Had to check out in the middle of the night and sleep in my car.

Parking is hard, and it looked way nicer in the photos. But friendly staff.

It was not disclosed prior but according to the staff you have to request your room to be turned down cleaned new towels with fresh coffee beds made garbage emptied on a daily basis and even when you do make that request it didn't happen had to go to the lobby daily to get fresh towels and coffee for a 5-day stay.

Easy to find, quiet room, ample parking. Great price for the room. The included breakfast was fine - feels a bit like having breakfast at a convenience store with grab-n-go food. Shower does not have much water pressure, soaps that come with the room weren't amazing (but glad they were there), ice machine is in a strange spot (outside at the back of the building in the wall behind an old painted wood door)

It was clean and comfortable. Right off division Street but felt safe.

Ideal location. Very clean. Nice staff. Well-kept older motel..... Faucet in sink leaky. Tub faucet loose, wobbly. Traffic noise (only 1/2 block off Division).

We didnt stay as booking.com had issue with their payment and the hotel wouldn't let us in the room Even though they knew we had paid. This should have been resolved between the hotel and booking.com not keeping us waiting 90 minutes I the lobby

Please avoid. There's something wrong with this place. It seems determined to become Spokane's new bottom feeder in terms of pricing and quality.

The room.was filthy! They give the other Silverstone a bad name! I will never stay here again.

My reservation was canceled without warning. Causing us to have to acquire a new hotel room in a different location.

First room we were assigned smelt so bad of cigarette smoke that we had to be moved to another room. Next room didn’t smell like cigarettes, but was not very clean. The walls are very thin and the noise from other guests and street traffic was pretty bad even with earplugs in. All of that plus a bed with no padding made getting any sleep was nearly impossible. I would not recommend staying at this location.
