Perfect location to everything (shopping and restaurants). Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered options for every one. Pillows in room are awesome. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Spokane.

Our room, staff and general facility was great. The complimentary breakfast was great for my husband. I was limited to the hard boiled eggs because the scrambled eggs contained milk. Ate oatmeal both mornings, but a gluten free bread/muffin choice would have been helpful. I've been at other Best Western's who had those available.

They checked me in an hour earlier than normal. The water with lemon was delicious and the cookies that they put out at 7 PM were great. The lobby was nice and clean and I watched a little World Cup and drink water and the room was fantastic and the next day breakfast buffet was very good real breakfast real food and just a great day. Thank you very much.

Beds need to be upgraded they are old and dip in the middle. Most likely not an issue if your not sharing a bed. Air conditioning is either to warm or too cold (70 too cold, 71 to warm, 72 too humid). Staff was great and friendly, facilites and rooms were clean.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast has a good variety of food to choose from. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. We had a good stay. It is close to shopping and places to eat as well.
