Quality Inn Oakwood

Ihave been in this hotel when I am in Spokane for 9 years. Always consistenly great

The pool hot tub breakfast and the room was all super nice the staff was friendly and extremely helpful

Unfortunately the west side of Spokane was on fire and we did not attempt to stay the second night.

Staff was very helpful and allowed me to park a box truck under the portico because the park g lot was full. The property was nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Greatly appreciate the hotel for reimbursing the night the fires hit Spokane and guests had to be evacuated.

The staff is Quality Inn Oakwood’s greatest asset in that they were so very helpful in assisting those evacuated by fires in Washington state. They were doing everything they could to assist people at their worst time vs. exploiting this situation as I witnessed elsewhere. Great Job!!

This hotel is always ready to help, they have excellent cookies in the evening and a reliable breakfast in the morning. And there's also water and coffee in the lobby at all times.

Carpet was wet, but it was ok. Breakfast was really good

We did not receive the room that we booked and paid for through Expedia. They said that what was sent over was not the same room that we booked and would not honor the reservation. It was only one night so we stayed, this seems to be a trend when booking through third parties lately.

At check in the staff worked quickly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. We were close to many of the activities we wanted to do in Spokane.

Mattress to soft and easier access to walk in showers not tub shower

I do not like your new showers. They are small and the curtain tries to cling to you. Not a fan

It was a great stay all around

Nice place super comfy beds. Nice and clean with super helpful staff. The breakfast was nice and the ac worked great on a hot day!

Towels were dirty. Some dirty towels left behind from previous reservation. Breakfast was good pool was clean everything else was good. Asked for clean towels and all was good.

Staff great! Very little in the way of noise barrier with the other room. We could basically hear all of their conversations which meant they could hear ours. No good. Won’t do a room with a connecting door ever again.
