Very nice hotel nice breakfast very clean secure parking and my kids loved that the pool was open 24 hrs

Staff was friendly, attentive, helpful. Rooms nicely designed and very clean. Pool and fitness areas clean and welcoming. Parking convenient. Breakfast plentiful, healthy, served in clean environment. Very little not to like. The decor was a little boring.

My new favorite place to stay when visiting my Gonzaga student! Clean, safe, convenient, and friendly. 10 out of 10!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are updated and clean and staff is very friendly. Secured parking was also a bonus as the surrounding area is a little sketchy. Felt safe at the hotel itself, but wouldn't recommend walking around the area.

Location and complimentary breakfast were great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Will def stay here again if back in Spokane. Nothing :)

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from check-in to check-out; we were given a late check-out time of 1pm and did not have to pay any fees for the late check-out. The continental breakfast was incredible because they offered two different kinds of waffle batter, scrambled eggs, sausage links, hard boiled eggs, potatoes, yogurt cups, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, three different cold cereals, and coffee/juices/tea. Our room was very clean and spacious. The mattress was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on for a hotel in this price range and the cotton bed sheets were so incredibly soft. The location was ideal, especially if you have to visit someone in the hospital right next door. With that being said, it was very quiet at night. Additionally, the hotel is very close to downtown so it is ideal for a short drive to the attractions there. We felt every safe and there were no homeless people or crack heads wandering around the hotel. Finally, the gym/fitness equipment were brand new and it would be a great place to workout. The pool is indoor so you could enjoy a swim without worrying about the weather. Again this hotel and the stay there was a 10 out-of 10 for us and it exceeded our expectations for the price. Honestly, there was nothing we did not like. This was the best value for everything we got. We loved it here and will stay here on our next visit.

Quick check in. Good clean rooms. Ice machines could be marked better. Breakfast was good. Staff was always nice and respectful.
