Spokane Boutique Hotel

This looks way better in pictures

Room inside was ok, rest was just a hard no. Pay the extra $40 and stay at a name brand hotel.

Amazing place for the night

breakfast was fair. Location and price excellent. refrigerator turned off so very wet inside. Room and bed excellent.

rooms were very clean and well appointed

They refused to refund me after not staying there due to an unsafe situation that happened while I was checking in.

This whole property was exceptional. The location was decent, being a 20 minute walk from the falls, as well as from the bus/train station, and less than 20 minutes on foot to a variety of restaurants, from fast food to excellent breweries like Whistle Punk to delectable establishments such as the Old Spaghetti Factory. You also have gas stations nearby that have the basics in snacks if you plan to avoid eateries. The hotel staff was great! There were very kind and professional, even offering to hold on to your luggage so that you can go out to explore the city, should you arrive before your check in date. I had no control of the digital thermostat in my room; then again, maybe I did but had no idea, and I forgot to contact the front desk about it. Still, there was nothing about the hotel, the room or the staff that I did not like. I would say that to be very cautious around certain personalities when walking in the city.

The front desk staff were super nice! Rooms were fine. Didn’t care for the deposit on the rooms. Seemed excessive.

No it was nice.

Flight got delayed, wouldn't let me check in late. They kept my money and told me to rebook. 0 stars.

The remote did not work in our room, the microwave got stuck and we almost had to leave our food in it. We tried to just get air, like just the fan, but it was either air conditioner or heater

Cleanliness

Breakfast is very good and waffee mmm

Location A/C isn’t that good and there’s no trash bag in the room aside from that in the bathroom.

Charged me a hidden fee, then charged me for the room again because they switched to a new system. So I had to pay twice. The bed wasn't made. Patio door didn't lock, room door was wide open. The secured parking wasn't secure.

the front desk was so rude

Somehow had us booked under 2 rooms when we only reserved one. we reserved a king but the front desk lady had already assigned the king to someone else so we got stuck with a queen. Not the biggest issue but annoying. The bed was horrible though. Made it dang near impossible to sleep.

Amazing spacious room with all amenities and all easily accessible places within walkable or a little drivable distance in Spokane

The room was good front desk lady was super helpful when we were checking in it was over all a good place to rest my head.

This place is scary outside. Inside is very rundown and the TV didn't work. Almost left my kids didn't like it at all.. Didnt try the breakfast just to dirty.
