Lovely, large comfortable room, large bathroom. Excellent location for walking in downtown Spokane. Very nice sitting area outside of the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location with great restaurants all around. The elevator was out and we were on the third floor. The suite was super spacious and mostly clean with the exception of glitter which is really hard to remove. It was a beautiful giant kitchen with no paper or cloth towels to dry hands, no hand soap, no forks, only three spoons. The bathroom is huge and super clean but the bath towel edges were ragged. Not what I would have expected for a suite of this size and quality.

Nice heritage building with character, but little to no sound insulation between rooms. Fine if you’re a good sleeper, not so much if you’re not.

A beautiful heritage hotel, with large rooms. Large room and bathroom. Elevator was out of order and the tub drained very slowly, otherwise very nice.

Very good

Tub has pink bacteria growing. Assorted hairs in and around the tub. Paper thin walls; on both sides. Hear normal conversations until 11pm and at 3:30am and again at 5:30am. Small bed with large divot in center so hard for two people to share. No good sleep. Room was severely dark with deep red/maroon painted walls and two small bedside lamps. Couldn't see to dress in bed area. No place to walk your dog. Was told there was a place two blocks up but never found it. Breakfast was free. Walk a block to Rosie's, stand in a long line out the door. Elevator was broken. Big portions. We won't go back to this particular place.

The bed was comfy, we appreciated the breakfast and also, the common areas and 24/7 coffee/tea Some of the room was in need of refreshing such as around the tub caulking. Also, the blinds did not work properly. Staff were fine. Check in was good, but one of the day staff was not particularly helpful

If you’re a “classic” hotel person you’ll love it. I’m a history buff then this is the place for you.

Hotel is certainly located,beautiful building but front desk staff not so friendly not engaging.

Historic architecture Limited breakfast choices

Lovely old hotel, gorgeous common areas upstairs and thoughtful coffee/tea service available throughout the day. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good, but was not served in the hotel itself, but a block down the street. We ate one night at the restaurant in the basement, the Unicorn???, and that was really a nice surprise. The area itself gave us pause at first, we weren't certain we would be safe as we walked to and from the convention center at early and late hours, but we didn't have any issues, and our car was in secured parking. All in all it was a nice surprise!

I would stay here again. Was upset that I called asking if leaving my pet in a kernel in the room for a little bit while we goto dinner and guy I talked to said no that it was against the policy. When I arrived I asked again to a young lady that was working and she mentioned that it would be fine as long as he is not a nuisance. Made me upset because we didn’t have our pet with us. Will stay again and bring him Next time. Other than that 5 stars to this place!

Everything looked good, friendly employees. Nice room, but a large stain on carpet in front of entrance to bathroom...very unpleasant to look at.

Breakfast was really good.
