We usually stay in a higher end room. By choice, we did not this time. Just not the same atmosphere or same care as the others. We do love the hotel and its location.

The property was absolutely beautiful in the staff was very nice

Booking says free 24 hour parking but there is no free parking. There are paid meters & a paid parking lot. Nice stay, great location.

Love the historic Spokane Club and glad they upgraded the bathrooms, which were badly needed. The front desk was extremely helpful. We had a big group after a wedding and they sent more people in to tend bar. Surprised they close at 9 on a Saturday night.

The parking was really inconvenient because it was around the corner in a parking garage. The front desk worker was rude and pointed me in the wrong direction with miss guided instructions for parking. The hotel itself gave off a very unsettling energy. The late night staff was awesome though and he gave me some interesting historical facts about the place and was very helpful. The steam room was ok but very loud and uncomfortable. I imagined the place more relaxing and cozy but it was more like dark and eery.

The staff was wonderful- friendly and efficient. They got us checked in quick! The room we stayed in was acceptable- a little room for improvement in the cleaning aspect, but overall not bad! The bed was made, bathroom cleaned, AC was nice and cool compared to the outside heat of summer, just don't pay too much attention to the windows or floors. We found some random stuff next to the bed on the floor, spider webs and dead bugs on the window area, and they could probably stand to fix the floor trim in some areas. Parking is about a block away, which was actually nice for some extra exercise, but it was a bit of a surprise when we were told about the daily fee. The lounge was wonderful, they had some great cocktails- would love to see more flavor options available for us fruity drink lovers though. We didn't actually sit in the restaurant but we did order food while at the lounge- the food was good, compared to some of the more recent things we had heard from family and friends. It's a win in my book when the shrimp doesn't make you sick :) Wish I had taken some pictures!

Had a major delay due to delta pilot issue and it nearly ruined my entire Expedia bundled booking. The actual critical thinking and empathetic humans at the Spokane Club (and Expedia for that matter) worked together to get me back in a room and work on a refund for my missed night. It’s been 4 years since I’ve written a review but I was so impressed and thankful and I feel like I have to let folks know about Spokane Club staff and management. Oh, and the room was super nice their restaurant was great and the location for downtown Spokane is excellent. I’m from Spokane and never knew they had a hotel component in all this years. I go to Spokane a lot for family/friend visits and Spokane Club is going to be my new consistent stay!!! Thanks!

The bed was super comfortable. I extended our stay past the one night I reserved. The A/C worked great, the pillows were great. The hotel was very quiet. I overslept checkout time and the front desk manager was very understanding. I blame the comfy bed. We weren’t able to try the food in the restaurant, it was mostly closed when we stayed. I loved our stay and will be back. Thank you.
