We have stayed here when we visit Spokane. It’s in a great location, close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We walk everywhere so it’s worked for us so far. It’s bummer we have to pay for parking on top of the regular charges. We have used their laundry room and the first time all worked great but this time both machines seemed to not be working well. We did report to staff.

We were attending a concert in the area and arrived back the following night well after midnight. Again, a different gentleman was working the front desk, he wore glasses, but I didn't catch a glimpse of his name tag. He welcomed us like it was three in the afternoon. So kind. The rooms were absolutely clean. The gym and pool were outstanding! If you have the chance, walk around the neighbourhood, and take a camera or your phone (at night it's stunning {especially the cathedral})!! Parking is off-site, half a block away.

Very comfortable . They made sure to have clen towels daily trash then and covers pulled down. Parking. I am handicap and had to park further from motel in parking garage which normally charge 18 dollars a day or pay parking meter which is also expensive.

A wonderful stay, a very unique property with lots of charm and character. The staff made our stay feel set apart and personal, Gus was the best.

I HIGHLY recommend The Montvale or The Indigo as MUCH higher quality boutique downtown options instead of this nightmare.

The staff were AMAZING!!! They entertainedmy husband with ghost stories and tours around the hotel. They also answered ALL questions.
