No breakfast included, area was really good and felt safe Having access to the pool and sports / gym area was good The bar was not open, do not recall why, maybe out of season or midweek stay Hotel staff very professional and made us felt welcome

Second time in this sweet classic hotel. Comfortable and very friendly.

Everything. There was nothing not to like. Or complain about. Welcome, service, location, rooms, beds, food all excellent. Everything was to my liking.

I love the old character and how beautiful the hotel was the bed was comfortable the water got instantly hot they were very nice The shower head was way too high up on the roof and we couldn't adjust it also the sheets wouldn't stay on the beds and there was a spider in our bathroom

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at the Spokane Club. Upon check in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant, Christian. He offers no apology and said he would inform management. He assigned me to a different room that was sub standard and not on the same teir as the room I had reserved. The room had old green carpet that was disgusting. The bed was on rollers. I felt as if I was in a roadside motel from the 1970’s. As it was 11 pm and I had been traveling since 7 AM from the east coast, I opted to not return to the front desk to ask for another room. Based on my previous encounter with Christian I didn’t think he would care to assist. During my second night I visited the hotel restaurant for dinner. The sign in restaurant advised wit to be seated. I waited for more than 5 min. No one acknowledged my presence, greeted me or advised to sit or wait. I left the restaurant to return to my room for early bedtime. Overall the hotel lacked hospitality. I didn’t feel welcomed as a guest. The room was sub par. The carpet in room needs to be removed and the room needs to be cleaned. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Always love staying at The Spokane Club. Our room was beautifully decorated. We have had two beautiful family wedding receptions at the Spokane Club; wonderful staff.

Fitness center and location

It was close to activities downtown Spokane. Very affordable. Didn’t like that parking was a bit of a walk for a handicapped person. Would have been nice if they had at least had valet parking available for a handicapped person.

The vintage feel, the delicious food at the 1910 restaurant! Great breakfast, too. It would have been nice to use the pool and sauna, but we didn't have the time. Street noise/

We enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely book again.

I really appreciate the boutique style of the rooms and the history of the building. Additionally, having the ability to utilize the amazing health club facilities was on the top of the list. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
