Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG

Easy to find, friendly staff, rooms lovely and the hotel restaurant is excellent. An unexpected treat. Did not realize that it is valet parking.

Love the room and front desk service. Room very nicely decorated and laid out, and very clean. Location is close to downtown venues, coffee shops, etc... Parking was a bit expensive.

The hotel is a lovely refurbished older building. It has great amenities, including a terrific restaurant and bar. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. My room overlooked commercial train tracks. Trains ran past my window all night long. Some rooms aren't as exposed, so ask for one that doesn't face the tracks. The only parking available is $40 valet parking. I recommend booking parking nearby before you travel

Clean and comfortable and close to the Bing and The Fox. Walking distance to excellent restaurants. Parking is expensive but limited street parking is available. Way way way better than the Ruby. But on par with Davenport.

The breakfast was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The quality was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend **skipping the breakfast and finding somewhere else to eat**. Based on my experience, I don’t feel it was worth the cost or the expectations that come with a hotel offering breakfast. I would stay here again for the accommodations, but I would definitely not purchase or eat the breakfast.

We loved the history of the hotel and it was in an ideal location - providing walkable access to downtown and the many restaurants and sites.

Beautiful and comfy We had to pay for valet parking but they had a small parking area to wait for the attendant and it was inconvenient.

Cons: Staff are friendly, when you can get their attention and/or they finish their internal conversation. Room service was fast, but the menu online was outdated and no silverware provided....so that was fun. There is also a freight line right outside the window which is pretty active.

Lovely older style hotel. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only thing I noticed is maybe the showers and such could use a better cleaning or updating but I work in insurance and notice the little things. Breakfast was very good although a bit on the expense side when you are already staying at the hotel.
