Hotel Indigo Spokane Downtown by IHG

Very cute boutique hotel with great room layout. It is, however, RIGHT NEXT TO a train track so it's noisy all night long. Very difficult to sleep through all the trains. Also, it's in an area that looks run down and kind of sketchy so that's a bummer.

Stayed for a week, no fridge in room. Was told just before we left that we should have been offered a fridge with our length of stay. Room was serviced once in this time. We had to ask for fresh towels several times. Wasn’t a bad location. Staff on the front desk were good.

The property is located in downtown and the homeless and people on the street can be quite scary at night. Be mindful that train tracks also go through very closely so can be loud. The room was not the cleanest, they barely touch it. I think they make the bed and put new towels and that’s it but they are spacious. One day, they did the room and forgot to do the bed.

Room was clean, front desk was great and so was the valet. The restaurant for breakfast was really good. Great location as it was really close to the fox.

Everything is good not complaining.

Great place to Stay in the Spokane Washington Downtown.

They had a hello cocktail hour with free snacks and I think a free drink! Great bar staff.

Stayed one night during work trip. Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was surprisingly spacious. Valet parking was easy. Close/walking distance to Riverfront park, shopping, coffee, and restaurants. I asked to have a late checkout (of 1 hr) to finish some work but they could not accommodate so I finished work in the lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room did not have a fridge, was missing batteries in a remote, and a lightbulb burned out immediately. Parking was not as simple as it could be

Walking distance to everything downtown. Lovely rooms

Breakfast was excellent. The omelet was especially good. Coffee was good and my cup was always kept full. And the prices were competitive with off-property restaurants! The bar, room and maid service were fine as well. Provision of foam ear plugs was a nice touch. I used them, and slept well despite Spokane's street and train noise. My room was comfortable, and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Valet parking was good. Staff fine. Room was comfy. Gym convenient. Close to Riverfront Park. Lots of homeless people lying on sidewalk. Sketchy area. Restaurant was overwhelmed by pride parade

Great size room, lovely decor, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is a bit rough so just know that going into it and you're fine!
