We booked a room for 2nights, for a carpul tunnel surgery I was having. So we had a late check-in and we called the property and explained this too the receptionist at the front desk. She said no problem and explained to me what I needed to do when we arrived at the property. So we get too the property at 11:14, called the number the recipionisnt said to call. I got put on hold for 5minutes, my wife called and got through to someone. So the guy finally showed up he was very rude trying to say we were yelling at him, complete lie! Trying to call someone on his radio saying he cant handle the situation, there was no situation but us trying to get into our room that we booked several days prior, even paid extra too guarantee our booking! Also the guy was saying we had no reservation there! So finally he found the reservation and got us in. Other than that "situation" it was an ok stay!

For the hotel room and property: very old, uncomfortable mattress (saggy and no back support). Cheaply furnished; one of the nightstands is falling apart. Drywall repairs are desperately needed throughout. Hook behind the bathroom door was broken off. TV did not work at all - (cable sync issue?). Poor light sources, couldn’t reach the auxiliary light fixture near the fridge and closet (no standard switch). Toilet seat had brown, worn out areas and chipped damage on it! The shower dispensers looked unhygienic - as if a previous guest tampered with the hair conditioner. I didn’t want to touch that! Stairway handrail to 2nd/3rd floors has tons of dust and spiderwebs on it. The whole experience just felt dirty and not a welcoming environment to come back to every night. The best part of the hotel is: the location, the free made-to-order breakfast at the next door restaurant, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the bartender at The Lounge and the gentleman at the front desk. Otherwise, I wouldn’t call this a “hotel.” This is a budget motel with a tiny parking lot and an eclectic paint job to look “hip.” I don’t mind minimalist accommodations as long as they’re clean, comfortable and well maintained. This was none of the above.

We’re not drinkers,so “free” drinks for $10 was not good for us.
-
We stayed overnight on our way home. Location is a bit sketchy but staff were very helpful. Breakfast and drinks provided were good.
-
They put us in a room directly over the bar. Very noisy till 2 am. I will never stay here again.
-
Great location with clean and basic amenities.
-
Jeff in the lounge. Parking was a little confusing because you had to pay with a QR code Beds super comfy
-
Staff was decently helpful but the rest was terrible. The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned there was body fluids all over the bed and the bed sheets themselves there was also a ton of blood spots on the sheets, hair, and dirt spots as if some walked on all over the bed with there dirty shoes
-
Nice stop-over. Amazingly friendly staff and wonderfully comfortable bed
-
First night was uneventful and a pleasant nights rest; however, the second night’s sleep was disrupted by a homeless man knocking on several hotel room doors and yelling! This did not make for a pleasant stay.
-
The parking was awful, didnt feel safe parking my car in a whole other parking lot.

Hotel Ruby was a good stay, we needed the convenience of being able to walk to the convention center. The free breakfast Nextdoor at Rosie’s was great and the communication from the hotel before/during/after our stay was fantastic! Hotel itself is just ok, more of a motel style, AC was a little loud but worked great. Rooms were well insulated we couldn’t hear much outside.

Parkin is two blocks away in overflow parking. The toilet overflowed so we were moved to another room. The TV didn't work. The coffee maker didn't work. The free breakfast isn't free. The toilet in the second room flushed but kept running because the chain thingy came off the handle. The lady at the front desk the day we arrived was very nice, apologetic, and tried to help where she could. Also the young man at the front desk the next morning was nice, as well as the maintenance man and security guard. My daughter did have a run-in with the woman at the front desk on our last night, she was rude and used unnecessary language. Overall, I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially after reading all the positive reviews.

Location was great. Centrally located Downtown. Staff extremely friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again.
-
It's a motel, but the name says hotel. So it's not what we expected.
-
Not a Hotel.
-
Very cute room but unfortunately, the dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were either empty or not functioning properly.
-
