The room itself is pretty nice. It was organized and vacuumed, but didn't smell like a clean room. Beds had a scent like someone slept on top in sweaty clothes. The beds were comfy though - I slept well. Nice bathroom - remodeled, but water pressure could be much better. No on-site breakfast, but they give you a free voucher for Rosies, just down the street. Voucher is limited free menu or $6 off anything else. Food was very good! I got the French Toast, but the burrito that would be free looked big enough to split into breakfast and lunch!

Staff were amazing and assisted me with my TV when it was not working!
-
The staff was great. The parking was great. They allowed my little dog, which was great. The room was fine for two nights although it’s very dated and could’ve used a thorough spring cleaning.
-
Not the greatest location/hotel but you can’t complain too much about the price.

Steamplant fits all my needs when visiting Spokane

Stay here if you are hard of hearing because the hotel is located below the train tracks and a train runs through there every hour! I did not sleep at all. They did supply ear plugs, but the noise was so loud, one needed noise canceling head phones. Nothing was replaced the next day like clean wash clothes or coffee. The bed was comfortable -- too bad it was irrelevant to my stay. We did not even stay our next night -- we just packed up and left. Really a waste of money.

Nicely designed and furnished rooms. Very clean. Great downtown location. Free breakfast is at a diner two blocks away.
-
Location was perfect! Loved the diner around the corner for breakfast. Tons of parking, Nice rooms. Loved the atmosphere of the Place.
-
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
-
Quick easy check in! Nice location. Train is loud if you are a lite sleeper. Otherwise, room was clean.
-
I liked this property so much that I extended twice over 1 weeks time. Great location with just the right amount of flair. The legacy Steam Plant and associated live RR system is right out uour front door. Laundry room was the upmost cleanest I've seen.
-
Friendly staff. The train tracks were loud during night near by.
-
Our room had a torn window curtain, broken toilet paper holder, and handle missing from the mini-fridge freezer door. The room door also wouldn't latch unless you really put some effort into closing the door. Someone could easily push the door open if you weren't careful about really closing it hard to get it to latch. The staff was nice but we didn't interact with them much. And the included breakfast was at a restaurant two blocks away. We were busy so never made it there in time to eat. Overall a disappointing experience.

Pretty good experience I’d come back here. Staff was pretty friendly which makes things easier.

Nice clean hotel with wonderful staff. A bit noisy right by the tracks but really the rooms cut out the noise fairly well. It was a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and updated. It did have a stuffy smell like a dog had been in there. The breakfast was a coupon at a local diner. Delicious! But do be aware the drinks at the diner are extra cost and it is a 2 block walk to the diner. Bummed the fitness facility was at a sister facility a few blocks away. I would definitely stay there again, just clarifying a few of the amenities listed.

First of there are train tracks right behind the motel and you hear trains going all night long unless you use earplugs. The breakfast is in a restaurant two blocks away and you get to select three items of the menu. Plus you have to pay for coffee and tea. The motel doesn’t take Apple Pay.
-
The room wasn’t super clean and the bed was just a single mattress on a metal post frame.
