Restaurant good breakfast dinner was terrible

What a great hotel! stylish and clean. Staff were super friendly and went out of the way to attend. Location could not be better. Love this hotel! If i was to change anything, install a new shower with a bit more pressure. thats it!

The Davenport is always one of our favorite places to stay!

My room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable. These are my top two priorities (aside from being clean) when I travel and I was very pleased. My stay was during a busy weekend for a local university with a lot of parents coming into town. My flight was almost entirely parents and many of them stayed at the Davenport Tower or one of the other nearby Davenport hotels. We all had to find our own transportation. Frankly, that seems dumb from an ecological and efficiency angle. Next year, I hope there is a shuttle. If the Holiday Inn can provide a shuttle, it seems like the Davenport could too. No one wants a car service (see inefficient and ecologically unsound).

Overall happy with my stay. Great place to stay in downtown Spokane and it has the pool and fitness center in it.

The hotel was nice and the staff was wonderful! Room service was quick and they called to make sure they had every condiment we needed. Checkout was simple and valet was very quick even during the busy 12:00 checkout The bed was broke down, very squishy and the sheets kept coming off. We did order chicken strips for room service and they were burnt on the outside and not so well cooked on the inside. The beet salad was great!

The pillows on the bed were terrible: long, very thick and stiff. Terrible for the neck. And the bed was made up very poorly.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now and have never had one single bad experience. Meticulously clean, extremely comfortable bed, luxurious beautiful rooms, affordable prices, perfect location. I am planning another stay soon!

I enjoyed a weekend getaway at the Davenport Tower with my mom and sister. Our room (two queens) was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was kind and attentive from the front desk to the coffee bar to the valet. We enjoyed visiting the historic Davenport next door as well including the spa and restaurants. It was nice we could still charge everything to our room at the tower.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it but this wasn’t the same. We’ve always loved the bed in the past so we were disappointed that the bed was so soft and you could feel the mattress move every time either of us moved. The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable. The tile floor in the bathroom was worn and broken. This was an ADA room, although we didn’t request it and there weren’t any towel racks. The towels were in the closet. One of the large towels had a terrible stain in the corner. There were only two, so I had to use it - yuck. The make-up mirror was mounted so low, it wasn’t practical to use. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. This was a splurge for us - so it was more than a little disappointing.

Great staff clean rooms etc. The window view was a parking garage.

Gorgeous property, the pool was a big hit, beds on the comfortable side. Our bathroom was broken, but they sent the nicest maintenance man up to fix it right away. Front desk was helpful. Not enough towels, extra fee’s and parking wasn’t expected.

Hotel is located in the heart of downtown. I suggest using the valet parking. It's better than parking on the street. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent.

Wouldn't reccomend. Didn't have a good time. Charged for more than what I really got
