Excellent stay, so convenient, gorgeous room

Perfect location- walking distance to everything. Lovely large rooms, great pool/hottub. Would reccomend staying here or any of the Davenport locations in the area.

Everyone was super friendly and the hotel was just perfect. Its my 2nd time staying there. I will come back.

It was clean staff were helpful through some issues but there was a break down of optional fees that seemed crazy like a fee to use the microwave and fridge which seemed over the top. Great downtown location.

Charged $25 for checking in 45 minutes early. Then spent almost an hour in line trying to get up the elevators as they only had 1 working… this continued during the entire stay. Was told there is no stairs access unless it’s an emergency. I understand it was hoopfest and very busy however making it impossible to access your room quickly completely ruined our experience. We never got an apology, any kind of credit or any incentive to make up for the elevator issue.

The location is great Every staff personnel that I spoke to was rude.

The restaurant and staff. Location is near several good restaurants and a short walk to the mall.

Would stay there again!

There are 2 Davenport Hotels across the street from each other. Valets should double check before they take your car.

The on-site staff were not helpful and it took me hours to resolve this error over the phone with Expedia. I still haven't been given an explanation

The food was incredible! Room service and front desk were amazing and I would stay here every time I visit Spokane.

We did valet parking which was great they took care of our things while waiting to get in. Had a wonderful lunch there and dinner. Newly renovated and rooms are spacious.
