The room was clean, bed was soft, and the breakfast was satisfying! Only thing a little weird was having to call the front desk to get the wifi password. All in all this was one of the nicest pages I've stayed at recently. I will be staying here again!

Very fair rate for the room rooms are nice and clean. In a bit of a sketchy area, and not really any spot for dogs to go potty but if you're OK with all that, it's a great deal.

The hotel was very nice and clean but the area outside the fenced parking area is crowded with unhoused people which makes the area feel unsafe especially at night. The staff are really good about making sure the property is safe and clean.

Great place to stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! The rooms were spacious and clean. The continental breakfast had a good variety. The only problem is the parking is a little sparse. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first time here and we will be back! I forgot to get the front desk lady's name who checked us in the night of but she was very helpful, informative, and kind. I will say it seemed like they had just given our room a quick clean before we got there. We found a blue cleaning glove on the table (we were so tired we didn't care), checked the beds to make sure they were clean & no bugs! Everyone talks about the close parking which was why we also got it but its not exactly a "closed" gated parking spot per say, only one area of the parking was gated off which was fine. Yes there were a lot of homeless people but they respected and rarely went inside which was nice. I will say the shower needed more cleaning and attention to detail as some parts were seemed to not be cleaned well. Breakfast was good, your regular waffle, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, & toast they also had coffee, juice and milk! We liked it and will honestly be back!! Checkout was also a breeze.

The hotel is located in a bad area, surrounded by people involved in illegal activities.

We found the facilities to be clean and well maintained and all our interactions with staff were very pleasant. One pleasant aspect not particularly common was 12pm checkout and extended breakfast hours. Other reviews note excessive vagrancy in the area which unfortunately is accurate but entirely the result local policies. We felt perfectly safe and the establishment is clearly engaging in best possible efforts to keep that environment outside their boundaries.

Good choice! Only issues were extremely minor. We only had one set of towels and had to get more (rooms should be better stocked for 4 people). The shampoo and conditioner were both empty in the shower, when the front desk was notified they offered sample bottles but we had already used our own. A little dirty spot noted on the floor by the mini fridge but other than that very clean. Breakfast was good! Eggs were wonderful for hotel eggs! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was a very clean and safe hotel. They keep the front door locked 24/7 and rooms were very clean. It’s too bad there are a group of homeless people that hang out across the street. It’s not the hotel’s fault but I’m sure it affects people’s willingness to stay there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was stuffy and smelled like body odor. Breakfast was just okay. Parking was good. Property was clean.

Easy on and off the freeway and to Spokane sights.

Great stay, especially for the price! Pulling up to the hotel, I was a little concerned by the surrounding area, but once inside, those worries disappeared. The property feels very secure, and the staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
