La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown

All was good.

Clean room. Toilet chain issue fixed right away. Staff was quick. Breakfast was above average due to how clean everything was. Parking was ample. Maybe a couple more handicap spaces.

Passable

This property had a clean room, pleasant staff, good parking and easy on and off the freeway. The only negative was I wouldn’t feel safe walking from the property to anywhere.

La Quinta mattresses are always comfortable-even for a side sleeper like me. And the pillow’s are thankfully more firm than typical hotel pillows- they actually support the neck and head. The result is a good sleep. At breakfast there were no cartons of milk to drink and the only two cold cereals were fruit loops and Cheerios, both of which lack fiber. Granola or Raisin Bran help the body feel full longer. Not a deal breaker. So I had some of the oatmeal which was good.

Great hotel in a rough location. The 7-11 across the street provides 24/7 entertainment. It is a live action Cops episode.

The staff, the price and free breakfast. The location. I would not dare to walk anywhere outside of the hotel by myself.

They canceled my stay because I booked three days because I knew I needed to check in around 10 AM because at a wedding reception dinner that night but apparently since I didn’t call cause I didn’t check in the night before they canceled my whole stay. So they were able to get me a new room, but only in king size that are not too queens so me and my coworker had to sleep in the same bed.

Parking

Everything was good

this is a new hotel in not so great part of town. the facility, staff were all amazing. fenced parking and security, made me feel even safer. I have nothing negative to say about this property. Modern, clean and free flowing coffee! only thing was an older apartment building across the street. police seemed to hang out there.

The property is new, very clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. Location is a bit challenging as there are a number of unhoused folks hanging out near the property. With that said, we had no problems. Security in access to building is good and the exterior and parking lot monitored. New and clean facility.

Bad

Pretty much I like my overall experience. Enjoyed it very much.

This is a great choice if staying in Spokane. Conveniently located, clean, quiet and comfy bed! Breakfast is good and parking right outside and secure. I felt safe and slept well.
