Fairfield Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown

A good Fairfield. Nice staff.

Great experience great location!

Breakfast, location, pool, cookies at 7pm, friendly staff Elevator dings on the floor every time the doors open.

Nice clean and comfortable room.

.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was exactly what I needed. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was downtown It was downtown

The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was just ok. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property needs an updated elevator. Its an old one that takes forever to function.

Staff friendly. Overall clean room. Need to have more towels available in room

They use way too much chlorine in the pool. Our eyes were burning being in there and my kids couldn’t stop coughing.

Front Desk staff were terrific! Shower could have been cleaner.

Shower could have been cleaner.

Had trouble getting the main door to close properly. All good other than that.

While I understand the hotel cannot control everything that happens in the surrounding neighborhood, I do think more attention needs to be given to who is accessing the property and guest areas. As a paying guest, I did not feel as safe or secure as I should have. The hotel itself has a lot of potential, but because of the location and lack of security around the common areas, I would be hesitant to stay here again.

Superb

Great staff at the front desk, varied breakfast and a pleasant stay overall Nothing

The one thing that keeps this from being an excellent place to stay, is the homeless situation. I realize that is something that is very hard to control, but I really only felt comfortable parking in the front or back lot. The side parking closest to our room felt like it wasn't as well monitored (in part because it probably belongs to the closed restaurant next door). Staff was great, the breakfast was tasty, pool and spa are a nice addition (although we were sad that the jets were not working during our stay), and our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
