The one thing that keeps this from being an excellent place to stay, is the homeless situation. I realize that is something that is very hard to control, but I really only felt comfortable parking in the front or back lot. The side parking closest to our room felt like it wasn't as well monitored (in part because it probably belongs to the closed restaurant next door). Staff was great, the breakfast was tasty, pool and spa are a nice addition (although we were sad that the jets were not working during our stay), and our rooms were clean and comfortable.

Awful experience. We booked a room last minute, late at night, after our room at an alternate hotel was not available. Per hotels.com, the room we booked could sleep 4. We had a king, plus sofa-bed which should have fit two adults and 3 kids. The hotel felt dirty upon arrival. Finger smudges on the front desk counter and the credit card key pad. You could tell right away that the hotel was not well cleaned or maintained. When we got to our room, there was something on the bathroom floor. It looked like the mop job was not well done. The pull out bed was a twin, if that and felt about 20 years old. The mattress was cover in stains and there wasn’t a mattress cover on top of it. I knew we would not fit here. I went down to the front desk and asked if we could cancel the room since I just booked it. Her response “I can’t cancel the booking.” No other assistance or help. We sat in our car for at least a 1/2 hour, looking for a new place to stay. The parking lot did not feel safe. Lots of shady foot traffic in and out. We ended up leaving for the night and found a place that was clean and could fit two kids on a pull out couch bed. I do not recommend this property.

They don’t serve breakfast until 7am on the weekends, so if you have somewhere to be earlier than that, you won’t be getting breakfast here. But the staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfy.

The ladies at front desk and ladies at breakfast friendly and accomodating I loved the cookies they were a welcoming touch.

Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and breakfast was good. There are lots of great places to eat. You've got some good employees, I hope they are taken care of. There were no outside areas to sit and or socialize.

Shanon was friendly and helpful at checkin. Location is wonderful. Walkable to the riverfront and downtown.

I arrived at the Inn with 3 plastic bags. My home was under an emergency evacuation order and I left with almost nothing. The staff greeted me with empathy and made my stay enjoyable. The ADA room was safe and very clean with all the amenities I needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was great. I thank the staff for all their support!

The staff was wonderful great staying there will be back

Breakfast was very nice and much better than standard hotel breakfasts! Especially the scrambled eggs… and the option of oat-milk! Locations for us is great The carpet in the room looks and feels dingy and the pattern is very hard to see things that you might drop… Also the floor of the hot tub looked stained?dirty?

The staff were very friendly and accomendating! They were helpful and genuinely happy. We arrived later than intended but still greeted with lots of warm hospitality. I really liked the checkout time too! There were lots of good options for breakfast as well! More attention to detail in the shower.

The rooms are standard, but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than your usual fare - pretty impressive. And the workout room is also better than expected. Nice place to stay in Spokane.
