Courtyard by Marriott Spokane Downtown at the Convention Ctr

Property overall was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Only real issue was the shower didn’t work very well (most of the water came out of tub faucet).

Staff was accommodating giving us a room on the bottom floor so we could bring our bikes into the room to secure them. Easy walk ability to down town

It was great proximity to Gonzaga University and a decent price too

Really great stay, very affordable, excellent location downtown right on the river and Centennial Trail, friendly and helpful staff. I also enjoyed their lobby, which has multiple tables with dividers and comfortable seating for eating, working, and socializing, as well as a big TV with couches where I could take a break and watch World Cup matches. Strongly recommend this place.

Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Nice rooms, good location but a bit overpriced for no amenities.

My daughter fell in the shower and hit her head. It was very slippery possibly from a soap residue that had not been rinsed properly when cleaned. Also, there were fewer free amenities than what we''ve enjoyed at other hotels. The vathroom was also small and the only mirror in the room did not have good lighting. The location was okay.

Recently updated, it was very comfortable and tastefully done. The only improvement would be a full service restaurant instead of the bistro with limited options.

I'd stay again

It was a fantastic place, but the noise was too loud. We were right by the road in the river and it was just too loud but otherwise great.

Parking felt safe and easy.

The rooms were clean. Staff were nice. Parking was good.

Stay was great. location was good. room was clean, quiet. Food and bar were also very good.

Nice property with easy access to the downtown area. Very much like other Courtyard by Marriott properties, although we were disappointed that the on-site dining was so limited.

Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.

Property was quiet, road noise a little above normal.

And, the children were upset there wasn't a pool to swim in. Overall, it was great for the price offered through Booking.com.

Great location on the river, spacious rooms, and really nice hotel grounds and amenities (especially restaurant, fitness center)
