Reliably well kept Hilton property New software implementation taking place made the stay extremely annoying. The system kept authorizing charges on my credit card and staff mistakenly contacted me halfway through my stay asking why my belongings were still in the room. I had to demand that the GM research and correct the information and stop harassing me during a business lunch!! Very disappointing lack of professionalism.

There were several negatives: (1) The room was too cold, I could not get any room heat despite adjusting the thermostat; (2) the room fridge was more than ordinarily noisy (I suspect it needed maintenance) so I disconnected it to allow sleep. Also, (3) sound insulation from the hallway was insufficient, the sound of doors closing in the morning was easily audible even though I was wearing ear plugs.

Everything is within walking distance. I do miss the pool and hot tub that would be nice to have and the free breakfast but the location is very good.

Clean, nice and modern. Nice staff and bistro. Breakfast wasn't included and no pool/hot tub. Nice proximity to downtown.

We didn’t try the breakfast, but did eat some food when we got in after 9pm. Everything was amazing, but was a little sad we missed the soup as they pull it right at 9. Understandable, food service ends at 10, but it still kinda sucked.
