Very clean and the landscaping was excellent. We loved it . Nice trail to walk at back of hotel with river view. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Some restaurants in walking distance. My family rated this there #1 hotel on our 5 day road trip

Exceeded our expectations! The room, location, and hotel gym was excellent!

Floor was wet when entering the room. Carpet was wet possibly from the fridge.

J.M., the Operations Manager, did our check-in. She was professional, friendly, and fun. She remembered us from last year P., one of the maintenance staff, greeted us and also told us he remembered us from last year. The two Bistro employees, E. and S., were fun and professional. They gave us some recommendations on what to get for the complimentary breakfast. We chose the burrito, which was great. (I can't put the employee names in this review, you know who you are. ;) )

Everything was great, staff was great, property clean etc…but I did not know they did not have a pool anymore as on some internet searches it shows they do, and I did assume which is on me, but I felt it was misleading and I will know for future reference, as the kids were disappointed.

The area can have some unsavory activity going on around it, but the hotel itself stays safe, quiet, and well maintained.

Few amenities. No free breakfast. Location a little disturbing. Lots of homeless-looking people loitering around. Probably would not choose this property in the future.

Alll of Marriott hotels we stayed have breakfast included but this one you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. I would give it a five-star if they added a couple of amenities: complementary breakfast, a bathtub and a microwave or water boiler in the room.

Great accommodations and location.

Property overall was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Only real issue was the shower didn’t work very well (most of the water came out of tub faucet).

Staff was accommodating giving us a room on the bottom floor so we could bring our bikes into the room to secure them. Easy walk ability to down town

It was great proximity to Gonzaga University and a decent price too

Really great stay, very affordable, excellent location downtown right on the river and Centennial Trail, friendly and helpful staff. I also enjoyed their lobby, which has multiple tables with dividers and comfortable seating for eating, working, and socializing, as well as a big TV with couches where I could take a break and watch World Cup matches. Strongly recommend this place.

Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Nice rooms, good location but a bit overpriced for no amenities.
