Holiday Inn Express Spokane Downtown by IHG

The bed was hard

I was traveling for a family emergency. Our check in experience was so genuine and caring. We had to leave before breakfast and they had a breakfast to go bag ready for us at check out, plus good coffee. Sad our stay was not a better occasion.

The location was excellent. The staff were all very helpful.

Things were clean, check in and check out was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots of traffic noise from the below streets. Bring your ear plugs

Exceptional

Highly recommended great location safe and secure

Staff at the reception desk was very helpful.

great over all experience! Definitely will be staying again

Absolutely nothing.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, central location

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I just miss having a coffeemaker in the room.

The property is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. However, the parking situation is horrible if you're planning to stay out any later than 9pm. We arrived back at the hotel at 11pm on Saturday night and there was not a single open parking spot. When asking the front desk clerk where we could park or what options were available, he was quite rude and dismissive. We ended up parking in one of the reserved spots and just came to terms that we might get called in the middle of the night to move of our car. That was not an enjoyable experience. The rest of the staff and our stay was great.

The staff were very friendly and the property is very nice. My husband and I (and our three dogs) were very well accommodated. In addition, the free breakfast was very well done!

Absolutely spotless facility. Wonderful coffee service available at all hours. Really nice having water filling station. Beds were fantastic! Top quality hotel for very reasonable price.

I love the "Castle on the Rock". My favorite place to stay in Spokane.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly. I liked the small touches like cookies and milk and wine in the evening. I bet higher priced than usual for Holiday Inn.

Excellent staff, fantastic breakfast and the shower was amazing! Great spot too, in walking distance to park and mall
