This is the 3rd time staying here; there were a few problems this time: lamp switch broken so sharp metal when turning on/off; k-cup still in the keurig from who knows when? Had to ask for more washcloths- one in the bathroom for 2 people and the room smelled like dirty socks- first time we’ve been disappointed- will give a second chance at a later date.

Clean room with a nice view. A little dirt buildup in bathroom corners. Door card locks work great. Parking security system works good too. Nice guy at the desk for check-in. Perfect location to explore the areas along the river. Good breakfast.

Another young man with an "afro" style hair do assisted me when I asked for NO Housekeeping. I had a two day stay. I left my room and housekeeping had been there. For the price of this hotel, I expected better. Of my two requests, neither were met. Very disappointing. Not referring anyone to this place for sure.

We love the staff. And usually have a great experience. But our room had stained sheets & bedding. The inside of building can use a deep cleaning...ie windows, vacuuming hallways, spider webs etc.

Swimming pool is not operational until end of October 2026. Stay includes breakfast but has a very fixed offering, no coffee included. No milk or yogurt or fruits for kids breakfast. Location wise awesome given the back entrance to the Centennial trail , podium and riverfront park.

Cheap fixtures and fresh paint. Lacking soul, substance and organization. The staff seems nice, but poorly managed and lacking motivation.
