The staff was friendly and the location is great for visiting the park and downtown Spokane. The parking costs seem excessive and unnecessary. I want Booking to more clearly show the actual costs, taxes, special fees, etc.

The facility was exceptional, and my overall experience was excellent. Furthermore, Jessica at the front desk provided outstanding customer service.

Location, uncrowded rooms and lighting were all very good. We appreciated the elevator security feature requiring a room card. We also appreciated the location of the in room coffee being away from the bathroom and the refrigerator being in the closet and quiet. We liked the skywalk to the venue of our concert. The price is pretty steep. We used valet as the self parking was not convenient. Other places provide coffee or some type of breakfast. Others provide more than just water bottles in the room.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Location in central downtown is great and lots of places to walk to eat. Park across the road on the river is nice to walk along. The water was out one morning. Came back on after I had left for work for the day. That was kinda a disaster. Staff just said sorry.

Loved our stay room was huge, beds comfortable, shower huge with great rain shower head. Breakfast buffet was great.

Great stay as usual. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. I’ve stayed here several times now and it has been a consistently positive experience.

Was a great spot to spend a night before heading to The Gorge for a music festival. Restaurant for breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed drinks at the bar with other Dave Matthews Band fans. Loved the location for walking around, exploring Riverfront Park.
