EVERYTHING was great! A very well-maintained property for the price paid. I wish all hotels had the same philosophy as Davenport Grand Hotel. Truly, you receive more than your money paid. Make an excuse to stay here.

The Davenport Grand Hotel is a beautiful place to stay. The location is ideal for anything happening in downtown Spokane. The rooms are large comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very modern decor in rooms, clean, comfy beds. The shower is another level! It’s like standing under a waterfall - we loved it! We ordered room service too. The French dip is delish!

Room service delivered breakfast for two. One set of cutlery, a plastic bottle of juice with no glass and a cappucino in a paper cup! Never seen that at what is sukpposedly an upmarket hotel.

Location No complimentary coffee in lobby. No easy spot to grab snacks and drinks (the line at the coffee shop in the lobby was 45 minutes long!). I’ve machine room had dirty dishes on our floor.

Great location! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean.

In hotel reception staff, warm and welcoming. General directions on how to get to the Hotel, where and how to park my vehicle and less than helpful attitude from the parking valet, Nice hotel but no direction or visible aids to where anything in the hotel was located. If I am going to pay this much for a room, then perhaps, you could at least let me listen to the TV music feed for free!

The location. It’s across the river and the parks. Walking distance to activities downtown. Mattress was way too soft for my back. The hotel was very classy; I would have preferred for character.

The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building.

Location was great. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure! The mattress was OLD and worn out and as a result we didn’t sleep well and woke up sore and achy. Definitely wouldn’t do this again.
