DoubleTree by Hilton Spokane City Center

Close all the downtown stuff. We parked in the garage and were able to walk everywhere. Very convenient. Staff was friendly and our room was nice.

The location and breakfast which I paid for...some front staff was kind. The state of repair of the room, the toilet seat looked like it was taken from a 1980 gas station bathroom discolored with plastic peeling off, the bed was soo unbalanced that my head was lower than my body as I slept even with bigger pillow, there was an adjacent door from a neighboring room in which the tenants could be heard so that I felt they were in the room I was in ....i paid way too much for a supposed 4 star hotel.

Not bad at all, I slept well.

Loved hoopfest and this hotel

I received a comment about my vehicle since I was parked out front it was a great help with visibility thank you Pillows on bed way to fluffy

The TV remote was incredibly frustrating

beautiful hotel next to walking path

No parking $28/day in parking garage. No microwaves in room and refrigerator did not work.

Our room was clean and the staff was so friendly and informative. The steakhouse onsite was amazing and the homemade desserts were delicious!

Love it

Exceptional

Great place right by the convention center downtown.

It was lovely. It met or exceeded all expectations. The cookies are divine!

Bed was very comfortable, so used to horrible hotel beds, this was a very nice surprise. Parking was outrageously expensive but lot appeared safe and sound.

Stay here when we are catching a show at the First Interstate theater. Always a good stay with friendly staff. :)

Resturant not open limited items offered in breakfast area and overpriced for quality and atmosphere staff polite but offered no discount for invonvience or due to being a fire evacuee during crisis even tho emergency shelter was located around hotel

ac was very loud in the room

Parking fee

Hotel looks old, and room was dirty. Chairs looked like they were from the 1960's and worn, carpet looked old and not clean. Sink had hair in it. Bathroom door was one of those barn style rolling ones, major pita. No privacy in bathroom. Would not want to stay again.

Main staff at restaurant especially manager lady was amazing she helped me get my wife's breakfast in a timely manner exceeding all my customer service expectation. Room service staff tried to come in my room 1 hour before checkout
