this is one of the most comfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, the mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, and hygiene products are wonderful

Great place to stay. Great location.

We arrived early and couldn’t check in because the system was down. After going out for food and coming back an hour and a half later, they were checking people in manually on paper. We waited in a long line another 45 minutes before we could check in. They said we could hang out in the lobby or they’d call us when the room was ready. We had an event to get to so we left. They never called us. We got back late hoping the room was ready. It was, and they ended up comping us a breakfast and validated our parking. Hotel staff were very nice. We got up to the room and it reeked of cigarettes. We were so tired we ended up just dealing with it and went to bed. Disappointed and expected better.

Nice place. Close to concert venues.

Tub was plugged and filled up with water. We also only had hand towels when we checked in. I’ll skip this hotel next time.

I loved the stay here, and it was quiet and was comfy and if I ever come back and need a place to stay ill be coming here.

Excellent hotel!

So my daughter and I had an amazing time because we booked it during 4th of July. the only problem we had was when breakfast came to be in the morning. It wasn't clear where to get it or once you got into their restaurant. If you could sit down in order or if it was already set down for you, they just weren't clear on it, I had to ask about 3 or 4 different people before I got a definitive answer. by the end , I just end up paying for 2 different breakfasts , Once when i booked the room and twice once I sat down because I thought it was covered since I already paid for it when I booked the room ans it wasn't. Oh well next time we're eating out no problem.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast staff was amazing. Rooms were nice and the bed was comfy.

I will say that the parking fees could have been waived considering I was already paying almost $500 for two nights and needed to park downtown for my daughter's wedding anyway. This seemed very high for what I needed to do. I would suggest that when there is an event at or near the hotel that the fees are waived for room occupancy. This would draw in more visitors from the event venues.

It was a nice staycation

The bathtub paint was pealing and the sink had a slight crack in it. The toilets were small and occasionally would unfortunately splash on the individual sitting. There was popcorn ceiling in the rooms. The steak and chip house was not open and the hot tub jets were not working. It was centrally located and clean, which we appreciated. I would recommend the hotel work on upkeep and upgrades to the property. The parking was very expensive. I do feel they could have at least comped the parking cost due to the other amenities not being up to par. My family immensely enjoys hot tubs. Had we known it was out of commission we likely would have stayed elsewhere. :(

Other than the minor construction around the front lobby, everything was great. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Love the location. Spent lots of time on the riverwalk. And it was nice to walk to restaurants.

On-site parking was expensive as was the breakfast, but the breakfast was worth the price. We had the buffet at shutters for $25 a plate and it was a true buffet plenty of food for the price.

The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, water free, and the view was outstanding.
