The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to Riverside Park and the mall. The airport is 10 minutes away. The breakfast was delicious! Bed so comfortable! I love it

I was a little apprehensive about the location but everything turned out much better than I thought it would. The guy working the front desk at 11pm was very nice and welcoming and when I went outside to gather my belongings, I noticed a security officer walking the parking lot with what looked like real vigor. In the morning, breakfast was great. Sort of your typical options but above average if you know what I mean. The lady working the area also seemed determined to keep the dining area in proper order. The location was downtown and easy to get in and out of too. The view of the brick wall and alley from my room. At night it looked sort of depressing but in the morning, it had an odd endearing quality, hah.

For being a fully booked weekend, the staff was super attentive and very friendly at all times of the day.

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Excellent hotel, very spacious and clean at great location. There are a number of homeless on the downtown streets that may cause some travelers to want to stay in the suburbs but we enjoyed the proximity to the river and the great river walks and views and the abundance of dining choices. It is important to get a room that Is on the backside of the building away from the very busy and noisy street that runs in front of the hotel. The windows are not adequate to reduce this noise significantly.

The breakfast was great, plenty of parking. Overall, great place to stay.

Staying at the Best Western in downtown Spokane was very nice. They have recently renovated, our room was spotless, and the staff was great. The only disappointing thing was the street noise... not the hotel's fault. It must be the teenage cruising street.
